Everyone was born pure but soon everyone sold their innocence for cash, food and safety.
We are all contaminated with this life.
There are no bad people, they are just more contaminated than you you fucking perfect saint.
A terrorist, drug dealer, killer, rapist and theif have the SAME human needs like yours. They know no better and you judge them?, actually you're the exception of the (there ain't no bad people ) rule.
Ok so you were born in an environment where you have the knowledge that allows you to be a normal person and you judge the ones who don't.
How fucked up is you ?
Once everyone realizes that everyone is a MudBlood we can cure each other with love and understanding.
Fading in the dark....
That's the main concept of being a MudBlood.
From my own perspective, Everyone is a MudBlood.
That's why my username is the rap MudBlood.
I ain't the only MudBlood.

Exercise with music IS motivating! ✨⠀
Let’s face it, who doesn’t need a little external boost every now and again? Music before and during exercise can help motivate you to get moving. There are four aspects within music that influence exercise effectiveness. They include the rhythm or beat of the music; the musicality, pitch or harmony; the cultural impact or what the music means within your society, and finally; any associations you have with that piece of music. These four aspects feed into your motivational drive. And that then affects your level of arousal, the perception of how hard you are working and finally your mood. Put simply, research shows that there’s no doubt that music can have a positive and motivating effect on how you exercise and ultimately how you’re feeling while you’re exercising. Cue the music!⠀
Michael Phelps (@m_phelps00) is a competitive swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time, with a total of 28 medals. He also holds the all-time records for Olympic Gold medals. 🏅 Before Michael gets in the pool, he likes to listen to hip hop and rap music. He says it helps him focus. “I have walked out to race with my headphones on throughout my whole career. It helps me to relax and get into my own little world.” ⠀
Tip – Do an Active8me workout – the high intensity exercise and high tempo music will motivate you and take your enjoyment levels up a notch.⠀

R E D P I L L B L U E S, @maroon5’s sixth studio album is my workout music for the past 2 weeks and it’s like eating a box of caramel-filled luscious chocolates of Godiva while running my 3-mile set on the treadmill. The pop beats in this record are so lush you could actually hear the indulgence. It may not have the compelling lyrics of “Songs About Jane” but there’s a very chill, fresh sound I’m loving in this album. This record definitely contains the band’s grooviest beat experiments from pleasurable rnb vibe to hot EDM swings to sweet island reggae tune. As a fan, I love that Maroon 5’s leaning towards their pop bases more than the rock territories they produced early on their career. This sound and genre maximizes frontman, @adamlevine’s wide vocal range especially his unbelievable falsettos. Next to “Overexposed” this is probably my most favorite Maroon 5 record. Album highlights for me are: Who I Am, Best 4 U, Denim Jacket, Visions, Wait, Help Me Out, and the carrier single, What Lovers Do. And thank you @mca_music for bringing this imported CD copy here in the Philippines. Hope you’ll continue releasing physical CD copies despite the proliferation of digital downloads and streaming.🤞🏻
Couple of days ago I asked for some recommendations on Facebook for good wireless headphones. A lot of good feedback and reviews for @jaybirdsport Being as Im not a fan of cables on my neck or attached to my phone, I went ahead and picked these up today. I was only able to play with them for a little bit today but so far pretty impressed. I will be sure to follow up with you all after I’ve had a chance to really utilize them. Thanks for the feedback though I appreciate it. #imnate#nateslife#blessed#grateful#jaybird#jaybirdrun#wirelessheadphones#wirelessearbuds#technology#workoutmusic
Honestly, I disagree with @garyvee here on one thing. He always says that the young generation has an extreme lack of patience...but all generations have that level of impatience amongst them. That's where the "get a job" thing came from. The parents cannot be patient in watching their sons/daughters doing what they love for a living and starting from zero. That's why they think that they put their sons/daughters one step ahead from zero by making them go to college.
But I can't deny that I was impatient before I was introduced to garyvee's content. This line in the picture was taken from the lyrics of my song "VividLies"
Go search for it in genius where you can listen to it and read the lyrics on genius. I'm sure it'll help anyone who read such a huge paragraph. If you made it here, that means you were patient to read and squeeze benefits out of this paragraph. Thank you. Also the link to all my songs is in the bio.
I can't even handle how angry my gym playlist is 😂🙄. In all seriousness though, October was not my month. I was laid off 2 days before my show, and I got pretty sick right after the show in September (while I was in Disney of all places!), so it took me a while to get back to the weights. I was 5 lbs over stage weight after a week of vacation, so it took some effort to get back to normal.
The weights aren't quite where I want them to be, but we're back to growing and getting stronger. It's all about mindset - it's not what happens to you, it's how you handle it.

GRILLED CAJUN CHICKEN SALAD WITH CREAMY CAJUN DRESSING
A Cajun Chicken Salad with a homemade Cajun spice seasoning and the most incredible creamy cajun dressing to put out the fire (so to speak)!
Author: Karina - @cafedelites Serves: 4
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, (or breasts)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons salt
freshly ground black pepper, adjust to your taste
1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, adjust to your taste
4 cups romaine (cos) lettuce
1 lebanese cucumber, quartered
2 cups Heirloom tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced
¼ of a red onion, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
2 tablespoons non fat, plain greek yogurt (or sour cream)
Combine Cajun seasoning ingredients together in a shallow bowl, and mix well to combine. Reserve 1 teaspoon of seasoning to use in the dressing, and set aside.
Lightly coat each chicken fillet in the seasoning on both sides. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a grill pan (or on a grill or skillet) over medium-high heat until hot (not smoking). Sear / grill chicken fillets on each side until golden, crispy and cooked through. (Grill in batches to prevent excess water being released.) Once chicken is cooked, set aside and allow to rest.
Prepare salad with the lettuce leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado slices and onion slices. Slice chicken into strips and arrange on top of the salad.
Mix the reserved cajun seasoning with the mayonnaise and yogurt (or sour cream). At the point, you can add extra mayo or yogurt (sour cream), salt or pepper, adjusting to your tastes.

Who was that inside you that made me feel so cock strong?
My trainer @ctuckerfitness suggested I start listening to classical music during my workouts. I tried it this morning with my leg workout. It’s was freaking amazing. Try doing leg extensions to failure listening to Romeo & Juliet, Act 1, Scene 13. I was pumped!
