Remember Tabata is 20 seconds work 10 seconds recovery for 8 rounds.
Equipment required: 2 x Kettlebells
Complete 3 x Tabata rounds of the following:
Kettlebell bent over rows
Kettlebell push ups
Kettlebell combo bent over row to push up

👉🏻 Majority of the people who are trying to lose weight believe that, if they only start eating “clean” food, they will start losing weight. 🍉
This is a common misconception. The truth is that you can still not lose any weight while eating only “clean” food because you still may be eating an excessive amount of calories. 🍌
The most important thing for losing fat is being in a caloric deficit. In other words, you need to consume fewer calories than you are burning. 🍔
Therefore, what I encourage you to do is to figure out your weight loss calorie intake, and start tracking your calories for the extended period. I can promise you that it will help you to lose weight. 🙋🏻♂️

The past week/weekend I was far from perfect when it comes to my diet and working out! But I’m not using today to look back & be mad at myself or try to be super strict on myself like I would in the past. No more guilt for just having a normal life!
Using today to just pick back up on my healthy and attainable LIFESTYLE! So it doesn’t matter how bad you mess up you always can just jump right back in because it is a lifestyle.
A new week to set some goals & hit them! Taking this week easy and going to try not to overload myself! Just got home from doing some light cardio & I’m feeling much better ☺️
Also went and got some groceries for the week & ive take pictures of everything I’ve ate today to post in a little bit! *pats self on back*

Sometimes we create our own messes and then make ourselves overwhelmed. I hope I'm not the only one but as moms we try to crunch everything in and we don’t say no. In the end we’re left feeling like we’ve failed because we don’t get everything done that we set out to complete. First problem is when everything feels like it’s a priority. Some things may be but can’t be at the same time.
Some days you’ll feel like a rock star and you’re banging out everything! GO YOU! And other times you’ll have that F this attitude where everything is cancelled lol.
You’ll feel like you went hard in that workout, feel great but now you’re running late to the office or to church…again. Some mornings I’m super mom/ wife/coach and killing it then other days I’m like WTF am I doing this? Feeling tired and overwhelmed and by the end of the night Axis ends up taking himself a bath 😩feeling like he’s a big boy now meanwhile moms feeling like a shitty human. 🙇🏾♀️ Some things will suffer if you don’t find balance. CORRECTION A LOT of things will suffer if you don’t find balance. It’s okay to take a day off from one thing so you’re not bombarded by everything. Everything will feel burdensome when you don’t carve out time to do the important things and plan some wiggle room for the just in case. Yesterday I met some goals and others I didn’t meet. Did I beat myself up about it…YES! LOL I bet ya thought I was going to say no. Well I did for a few hours, had an attitude about it, made a lot of empty threats to the kids if they didn’t do this that or the third in the 5mins...end it with a or else you know parenting lol then I had to get honest with myself and I was trying to do too much. So I let it go and came back to some of things I had to do hours later with a more sane approach.
Do the things that matter. If it begins to overwhelm you that is not the time to lean in…that’s when you put it down and walk away do something else and go back to it when you know you can put that 100% it needs to be amazing. Be honest with yourself and remember we’re all doing the best we can. #EmpoweredbyCathy
Yay yay another workout video for ya! Finally got over this cold! 😵I decided to make an easy routine you can adjust to your own strength and ability. If you have heavy weights go use them and do lower reps --> (progressive overload) or just use a resistance band for a HIIT cardio session
1🍑. Bulgarian split squat
2🍑. Donkey kick pulses
3🍑. Straight leg donkey kicks
4🍑. Side crab walks --> sqeeze the peach!! 5🍑. Squat jump with pulses
6🍑. One leg lunge pulses
7🍑. Balancing backward lunge
