The key is he spends more time in the healthy zone so that play time he can go all in and enjoy family and friends but still look and feel great!💪 Ben started with us 6 feet tall and 140 pounds he is now 6'4 and 180 pounds getting used to using his body through fitness!

It's been a while, but I'm still around. Rebuilding my deadlift because it's trash right now 😧 Today was 3x5 at 365, beltless and hook gripped. My hip mobility still needs a lot of work to get in a better starting position but things are moving up slowly 🤘

Took Biscuit for his first adventure in the bush today 😁. Still have to carry him in the back pack because 1- he's not fully vaccinated yet and 2- the walk would have been far to long and hard for him 😂. One day my little fella ❤
