My legs felt like lead weights in spin class this morning. I just could NOT get them to go faster no matter how hard I tried. You'll have those days, too. I often have them at the beginning of the week when my body still feels like it should be on "weekend mode". Don't get down about it. You're not going to be superman (or woman) every time you hit the gym. What matters is that you went to the gym at all. I'll be honest, sometimes I don't push it as hard as I could. But even on those days, the fact that I sweat at ALL makes me feel great.
