Yesterday’s food log. 😍
This doesn’t even include the breakfast burrito I had before my workout! So much food, but it’s all FUELING my body. Not only does it taste good but it’s filling me up and helping me push through my workouts + recover for the next day.
Only a day and a half into this timed nutrition and I’m already hooked. I never felt starving yesterday (except when Jesse and i were running errands for longer than planned 😂) and I was never overly stuffed. 🙌🏼 I think I can get used to these spaced out smaller meals! 😍🎉 Have you ever done something similar to this?! How’d you like it, if you have?!
Booty day got me feeling like...🔥🔥🔥 Seriously so sweaty and tired and sore already from just a 60 minute booty workout! INSANE!! We used resistance bands again today (love those little devils!) + I had 25+ amazing ladies holding me accountable on our morning workout FaceTime for our accountability group!! Something about having these ladies on my computer screen right in front of me makes me push that much harder 💪🏼 Bring on the gainssss! 🍑

Today was my Day 1 of Day 80 😁 And it was totally acceptable to break out the “Earn The Burn” tank 💪🏼💪🏼
Not going to lie, I was totally feeling myself before this workout and was highhhh on energy. I haven’t felt so pumped for a workout, like I was today, in a longgg time! I know I’m going to be sore tomorrow and I’m totally okay with that ☺️

It really feels like you aren't working out alone! We yell, we scream, BUT we also encourage one another ALL ONLINE! We show up at 9:30am every day TOGETHER, chat for a bit THEN GET IT!!! This is HUGE accountability!
BEFORE, I used to stop half way through my workouts and just give up. BUT NOW...I'm doing this with my girls, they are watching and doing the workouts along side with me, so I KNOW I can't just walk away & quit! I F'n LOVE IT!!!

Wowza! Thank you all SO SO MUCH for your amazing love and support on my post from yesterday. Sharing those before photos is always scary and so is shouting from the rooftops that I’m committing to an 80 DAY program + nutrition program...never done this before y’all!! But having all of you here spreading the love pumps me up even more. If you’re in this journey as well, good luck to you 💕 if you are wishing you could start your journey, I hope I can be that extra inspiration and push for you to believe you can start this. You CAN make changes for yourself, you’ve just gotta decide. 💕

Happy MONDAY #fitfam ! Today I did one of ihearmacros whip workouts and it was so good! I’ll post it in the comments 👇🏼 I may have a new calorie high for these workouts with 773 total and 650 active 😱 This is definitely a workout you’ll want to try! I actually didn’t even have time to do the last circuit (because I’m always late 🤦🏻♀️) and I ran a mile then did about 5 minutes of 30/30 sprints for my cardio after. Oh and of course I was listening to The Greatest Showman soundtrack on repeat 🙌🏼 #csechallenge#csewintersweat2018

I am so excited that Day 1 of 80 Day Obsession is finally here!! I can not wait to see where I am mentally and physically 80 days from now. .
I am committing to be ALL IN for the next 80 days.
Through my birthday, spring break, and all the other events between now and then... nothing will go in my body that isn’t in my meal plan. .
Here’s to the next, and most rewarding, 80 days of 2018!
