Healthy Starbucks drink of the week and my current caffeine obsession: iced coffee with a splash of coconut milk and blended! Tastes like a coffee slushie and very low cal! They may look at you weird when you ask them to blend it, but it can be done!

My return to California was safe. As soon as I was back, my boy spoiled me to pieces. He bought me a @sfgiants baseball jersey (my favorite sport), a @harrypotter coloring book for my anxiety, a personal development book from one of my favorite authors (@brenebrown), and a new @katespadeny wallet because mine is falling apart. 😭😇 I think I'll keep him. I'm so lucky.

The workout planned for the group was 4 x (1.25 miles at HMP, 400 recovery, 4 x 400 FAST with 100 recovery) and a 400 recovery between sets. I knew I wouldn't do the full 4 going in because it was too much but decided I'd give 3 a shot. Going into this workout I didn't have any expectations because I knew that I'd been running on less sleep this week. 😴 However; I surprised myself! Each 1.25 was sub HMP (or at least what I guess HMP would be) and averaged between a 6:30-6:50 for the 400's! Total of 10 miles for the day with a 1 mile warm up and 400 cool down. Sometimes it's nice to be surprised by your self! 💪🏃🏼♀️
10.10 miles total || 7:37 average for workout 👟
No time to make coffee this morning so to wake up I went to my favorite gas station (Speedway) and got the biggest french vanilla cappuccino I could. I'm so tired!!
This is not on my meal plan but it was definitely needed today.
