Why does love entice us so deeply that we are willing to risk complete emotional obliteration time and time again?
Do we forget what heartbreak feels like? No.
Maybe we remember something so much more powerful instead. In this world of constant challenges and mind boggling emotional roller coaster rides we learn to feel our presence. We learn to accept the cocktail of emotions that touches our heart so harshly, and also gently; and so, challenges the depth of our human-ness. Time again, we witness the absolute perfection in where we are, what we are, and still we ask why.
We know so much, and yet we renounce ourselves to external forces, as though we stand with no choice. Why, we ask!
Occasionally an opening is created for us to experience abandonment to love. So we surrender.....and the questions fall. Silence is present, and in this moment we allow ourselves to feel, to really feel, so deeply that we taste the sweet and necessary presence of duality in this life. Fear is present, as is love, and yet....we do not feel at the mercy of either. Not future, nor past are here in this place. In this instant, time stands still. Harmony and chaos converge into a pure state of omnipresence.
The need to know fades for as we have found this path of feeling, we become free.We become whole and expansive....beyond the bourdons of mind and body. Here, right now, we have tasted communion to all that there ever was, is, or ever will be. We are home, for now, in this instant. Why can we not stay here, remain free and whole....One with all that can be?
Maybe because as One, We share not only the love that pervades here, but equally the struggles of All those here, that is in you, and this world called Now, or home , and we ache for humanity, for we have come here to experience the interconnectedness to all that is, to the whole of That.in feeling the transcendental power of this love, we also find our inevitable connection to Human Emotion.
But with this glimpse of Love, in its perfect imperfection, we seek to return there, time, and time after. Here we grow, here we learn to transform and shine brighter.
