We humans keep brainstorming options & plans, but God's purpose prevails. -Proverbs 19:21 🙏🏻
As the son of Shiva, Ganesha has partaken the qualities of manifested Brahman, who is said to be pure intelligence only (prajnam brahma). However, the intelligence of Brahman is transcendental, self-existent and beyond the mind and the body. The intelligence of a living being is a reflection of it in the body, just as the reflection of the sun upon water. Human intelligence depends upon both, the soul and the body, for its existence. Hence, it is a dependent, finite reality.
It is in intelligence that Nature manifests its subtlest, discerning power of the mind (chit-shakti) and the power of will (atma-shakti). From intelligence only arises the ability to know, reason, judge, comprehend, discriminate and choose. Intelligence sets humans apart from animals. It is also intelligence, which awakens the being in an animal body and first transforms him into human, and later into a god. Just as intelligence is the reflection of the Self in the human body, Ganapathi arises in the womb of Mother Goddess, Parvathi, as the reflection (son) of Shiva, who is both the lord of the body and the universe.
As the presiding deity of intelligence in the human body, Ganesha plays an important role in our spiritual transformation and liberation. In worldly life, we need his help to achieve the triple aims of Dharma (duty), Artha (wealth) and Kama (enjoyment) by performing actions with intelligence and avoid the fruit of karma. In #spiritual life, we need his help to overcome the impurities of egoism, attachment and delusion to achieve the fourth aim of liberation (Moksha).! ✨👁🌀🐘🕉🎨🙏🏻 Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah #design
You see, Jesus doesn’t simply call us to believe that He existed, or even to believe that He can save us. He calls on us to commit our whole lives to Him to trust Him alone for our salvation, and then to follow Him as His disciples. He said, “Anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple” -Luke 14:27
You are a treasure to JESUS. Let go of your feelings of rejection and go to GOD and receive His love. (Romans 8:38-39) For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Verse of the Day: 1 Timothy 4:12 In Gods strength, the young can be bold in their faith, while those who are older can encourage those who are “just kids”. Encouraging the young should never become old. #ecctampa

Every walk we take in life will not be easy. There will be times when we don't know what will happen next. We don't know what will lie ahead. We will become unsure of the path that is before us. But God will never let us walk alone. He will never send us alone. He walks with us on that road when no one else will. He gives us rest. He tells us not to be afraid or discouraged. All we have to do is trust Him. We must trust the path He's laid before us. God will never forsake us. #TheForum#GWC#GraceWalkChurch#Millennials#ForChrist#ChallengingEachOther#GrowingTogether#Worship#PhoenixAZ#Arizona

Daily #advent#devotions . Day 13, Talking humility: The legend has it that pregnant Mary was riding on a donkey on their trip to Bethlehem. Donkeys were often used as great helpers for carrying luggage, as well as used to ride. They are a picture of humility in comparison to grand horses. We aren't certain that Mary rode the donkey but we've made his help famous nonetheless. We never know how our help and humility can leave a lasting impact and legacy. .
QUESTION: How is God teaching you about humility and helping others?
Sara: True humility came to me the day I became a mom. I never knew what it was like to actually set my personal needs and desires aside until that very day. I felt it the first moment I held him in my arms, I knew that I would do whatever it took to be not everything I wanted to be, but what HE needed me to be. I believe this is how God chose to teach me about humility and really know what it’s like to be humble and actually want to put someone else's needs before my own. Every day is different; I have to constantly acknowledge that I don’t have it all together. I fail daily. I need help daily. I have learned that if I need help, so do others. My husband and I began helping out at our home church during one of the morning services. I never knew the need of the children’s dept. at church until that first Sunday back after delivery and needed that very help. I really enjoy our days serving. We get the opportunity to let other families enjoy the sermon and we are grateful we were lead to this ministry. That sweet little boy is almost four now and I spend my days watching him, teaching him, praising him, and filling his days with as much love as I can. With this, I’m putting some things on hold and for the first time in my life, that's ok! I love that I chose the random word of donkey in this advent discussion. I first had to ask for guidance in how to answer but once I grasped what it meant to have humility, it brought forth that this crazy momma journey is more of a blessing than I even imagined and I’m forever grateful for borrowed time with him. ------------
