This is what I truly STAND for........ I want to help as many people as possible live a more happy, positive, healthy and active lifestyle. Especially women as over the years it's seems I have the biggest impact on them, turning their lives around in terms of health and creating their own happiness 😊
I think the reason is that it broke my heart when my Wife Caroline struggled with her weight for years, it was getting her down. She was yo-yoing with her weight, getting upset when she went clothes shopping, upset coming home work, ending the day with a big glass of wine and just not happy about the way she felt about herself. Now I'm glad to say she's completely turned her life around she's super confident, sexy and looks amazing(As you can see in the pic). She has got her nutrition under control and she loves training which she never used to before, she thought it was bit of chore! The best thing is it wasn't a quick fix, she lost the weight and got more toned etc. More importantly she has stayed in great shape for the last couple of years, has a more positive attitude , she just keeps getting stronger and better 💪
Now I can't take all the credit she made the decision herself when she had enough and wanted to make lasting changes! I get a right buzz now when clients tell me they get into certain dress size, they are wearing something they normally wouldn't wear, they don't feel the need to drink alcohol in the evenings, they don't need any medication for certain things as results of there improved health, that they just feel better about themselves, they have better sex life, they're more happy about the way they look and feel 😊
This is why I'm on mission to help busy stressed out women master their minds and transform their bodies. So that they feel more confident, look amazing, live a healthy, happy, active lifestyle which they want and deserve.
If any of the struggles I mentioned in this post resonate with you and you'd like some help please feel free to reach out to me
Reminding clients where they started is a great tool to use to keep them motivated.
It's quite easy to think that you haven't improved this month, you don't seem to be getting any fitter, and things don't seem to be working anymore.
But if you look at where you started and the things that you are doing now compared to that first very session I think that you will find that the old you would be pretty impressed with your progress and would bite your hand off to be where you are now.
Buy into the long game and we will rid this cycle of losing weight and putting it back on. .
Enjoy the process of getting in shape.
✅Learning how to do it.
✅Still having a beer or wine.
✅Still eating cake.
✅Not being a social hermit.
✅And living a long healthy life.
You have your whole life to get there, just tick one box at a time, record your progress, remind yourself every now and again where you started and keep on going.
Ben 4th & Mark 7th (2nd in cat) at the Steve Jones Memorial RR on Sunday on the new excellent Farndon course in Wales.
An attack went from the off which Mark went with and attacked again, following a few splits in the race it all came back together & Ben went off the front. After 12+ miles solo he was joined by 3 other riders and they worked as a 4. Meanwhile, Mark went with a rider attempting to bridge the gap ending with him riding 5 or so miles on his own before being returned to the bunch who were closing in on the break. The break did however stay away with Ben finishing 4th.
Shortly after, the main group opened up the sprint for the line, with 1 rider free, Mark took 7th overall and 2nd in his category. SDR. 📸 Credit: @charliee1972 Thank you.
Are you drinking enough..
Water makes up 40-70% of body mass!
It's vital for:
➡️it's a natural detoxification process
➡️performance in the gym
Sounds pretty important
✅We excrete 1-1.5l of water a day
✅Around 350ml through sweat
✅700ml by breathing and talking
That's around 2.5l a day that needs replacing, throw in exercise and you can see how most of us are falling short!
Feel like rubbish, fatigued, tired at the start and end of each day?, drink more, your be surprised.
Imagine a car trying to function without any oil, it just wouldn't operate as efficiently as a well oiled car!
Another thing is a lot of the hunger signals we think we get could just be because we're dehydrated, next time you think you're hungry drink a glass of water and notice how that signal soon goes.
A simple tip I tell my clients is to buy a 1.5l bottle at the start of the week, fill it up and carry it every where with you, this way it's easier to keep track of where your at, rather than measuring in cups and bottles!
