➡I went to a physio and it didn't work!
➡I went to the chiropractor and it did nothing!
➡I saw a biomechanics coach and i felt no different!
These are just some of the common things I hear every day when someone asks for help with an injury!
As a biomechanics coach myself it's not the best feeling when someone goes away feeling no Benefit from your work.
The the same principle applies with seeing a physio for an injury as it does a PT for fat loss!
If you don't take a long hard look at why you're feeling the way you're feeling and work on those lifestyle changes beyond your session with the coach you're not going to see any changes.
Granted some are from sports or accidents but a lot can be avoided!
We need to start taking a holistic approach to our training.
Train to move well.
Train to feel energised.
Eat to fuel your day
Train to change your shape.
Train prevent injury.
Sleep to recover
Train to recover.
If your not achieving the above with your training something has to change!
One method alone won't work, it's everything done together that gets results!
