Do you ever have things your really odd about? I’m that way with chai tea lattes and chai tea in general. I like it to be peppery and spicy. Starbucks is my usual ‘go to’ when I want a chai latte and not my usual cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. ⠀⠀⠀
I discovered this chai tea concentrate by accident as I was grabbing some of my favorite green chai and saw this. I thought I would give it a go, not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. It checks all the boxes of what I look for in a chai latte, plus I could make it at home. *This is not sponsored in any way- but I love sharing things I love with others.* The bonus - while not sugar free, it is low in calories, perfect for the occasional indulgence- Like this cookie. ⠀⠀⠀
I’m surprised these cookies are still tasty and crispy since I made them on NYE, but they are just as good as when I first made them- which to me is crazy considering they are made with very simple ingredients and no preservatives. I will be revisiting these with a new version probably sooner than you know. ⠀⠀⠀
