to I don't MAKE time in the morning to have breakfast. From walking in the kitchen door to full tummy = 15 minutes. Quarter of an hour to get my head in place and give my body a nutritious meal to fuel it up for the day ahead. I get it, some mornings were running late, some mornings we can't face eating first thing. But if you moan about having to grab a Starbucks venti coffee and a sugar filled muffin on your way to work as that's all you have time for ... have a little word with yourself and set your alarm that tiny bit earlier. #priorities#maketimeforyou#maketimeforyourhealth#wwmealideas#healthybreakfast
I was out on my run tonight & it totally dawned on me that it was October 19th and I realized that exactly 8 months ago I decided to pull up my big girl panties for the gazillionth time and restart my WW program. I was going through some hard personal family stuff around the holidays that I had no control over & then I was injured and couldn’t workout for 2-3 months. Everything felt out of control. I had gained back over 1/2 if my weight. I needed to get the hell out of my own way and control what I could control and that was my food! Here I am 8 months later, happier & healthier then I was before I gained it back! Down -74.2 total. I’m always growing & learning with this program. The difference this time is the food! I love my food! I look forward to what I eat & I’m always satisfied! It took many many fails to get to this point. I do believe that I have found a “good balance” for now, but I also believe balance is something you always have to work at & be mindful of. Everything happens for a reason. Thankful for my followers & all of you WW out there in IG world. You support & inspire me everyday!!! Anyone that is thinking about getting healthy & losing weight - get out of your own way! You’ve got this 😘👊🏻

A total of 6.94 miles on the books tonight between my run & my walk with my handsome! SO PROUD of Sean!!! He is wrapping up 4 consistent weeks of walking!!!! Woo Hoo!!! He walked 5 days last week & it looks like he’s going to hit 5 days this week!!! The best part is seeing him so happy & proud of himself!!!
Why yes, I am negative in my weeklies. And yes I am admitting I SERIOUSLY fell off the rocker this week. Not only did I climb the fence into bad eating world, I JUMPED it. I’m not sure what happened, if stress got the best of me or what but I ate EVERYTHING bad this week. But today was a win. And one day at a time is how this is successful. I am not perfect by any means which means it won’t be a perfect diet. I’m loathing going to weigh in tomorrow but I’m going to face the scale!!! Today has been a “lay-around-in-pjs-and-watch-tv” kind of day. Hubbs and I preplanned dinner (I know, shocker! 😱). I have been better about being present today. And, I count that as a win. 🙌🏻

Oprah’s - “O, That’s Good” Three Cheese 🧀 Pasta has made me happy 😃 tonight. The pasta was tender and the sauce was a tasty mixture of cheese and butternut squash. The serving is 1 cup which equals 290 calories and 10 WW SmartPoints 💙
Tonight was my first weigh-in since I started Weight Watchers. I lost 7 pounds! 😀 I was in a state of shock, but I stayed on plan all week! I am so happy with this start! #weightwatchers#weighin#wellness
Y’allllll!!! All I can say is this is AMAZING! 🙌🏻🤤 💕 I hate going to the store 🛒 after work, but I needed to go pick up some cakes 🍰 for our September Birthday’s at the office (I was super late doing this) SO, I went to grab some ice cream 🍨 to go with the cakes and looky 😮 what I found! I thought I was seeing things, then I got closer and I was SO excited, FINALLY!!! They only had 4️⃣, so I just grabbed 3️⃣ and hopefully made someone’s day if they were looking for ☝🏻too. This is SO good and has little bits of pie crust in it, just AMAZING!! 1/2c for 3️⃣ #smartpoints
