Hello bookhumans, dragons and the like! This book was incredible. If you love a fun, cutesy contemporary, definitely pick up This Adventure Ends. It was funny, adorable, witty, hilarious and [insert a few more adjectives for fun, funny and cute here] So yes, I loved this and highly highly recommend -
#QOTD : Favourite fun contemporaries? (Meaning don't give me that whole dead family crap and messages and OOOH LIVE LIFE! They're good but not what this post is about)
#AOTD : Anna and the French Kiss, This Adventure Ends, Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda (WHICH IS BECOMING A MOVIE IM SO EXCITED), How To Fall, Biggest Flirts, The Way to Game the Walk of Shame, Geekerella, Catching Jordan and even though this falls under the MESSAGES category, The Loose Ends List was so funny I died. But it is literally the only book that brought me to tears this year but that might be more because I was reading it at 3AM then EMOTIONS. Would highly recommend all above books
I've been ogling this book ever since I've bought it! In fact, I've picked it for like five times already but never got the chance to crack the cover because I always end up picking another book instead!
This is my first Agatha Christie book and I know I should already give it a go since it's one of her best!
The ring girl called today and whispered “7 days until your qualifying exam.” Coincidently Halloween is in 7 Days. Maybe I should be planning out a costume rather than practicing my walk so as to scare my committee into thinking I’m doing good science 🤔
Ebooks or Physical books? 🙈
October 23rd (#bookishwackyholidays ): TV Talk Show Day-Dramatic characters
Okay, so I’m going to get serious and tell you guys about this amazing book written by Chantel Gadoury (@chantalgadouryauthor )! It’s so well written, and it gave me a little bit of the feels. Go check out her page and her books! 😘🙌🏼
It’s YA and about high schoolers, and we all know teens are full of drama. And so yes, totally fits for today. 😏😋😂
"the Name of Dead Girls" by Eric Rickstad 📚
summary: Rachel's parents were murdered in cold blood while she was a baby, now 18 years later her parents killer is out of jail and is stalking her. When other girls start to go missing and are eventually found brutally murdered, Rachel and her adoptive father are determined to connect the killer to the crimes and put him back in jail for life.
Review: honestly I really didn't like this book. It was really hard to get into. Also characters were introduced at random times just to have no point to the actual plot. The title of the book isn't a good description of what the book is actually about either. And the ending was really far fetched and totally unrealistic. And it honestly all didn't even "make sense" until like the last 2 pages which was really frustrating.
My feed is such a mess right now whoops😂
Anyway, this random pile of books isn't actually a random pile of books!! In a bunch of my recent posts I've been talking about some series that I've been wanting to read/reread, so this my official little series tbr for the next few months:)
After I finish Harry Potter I'm planning on reading some single (non-series¿ lol) books to help move my Goodreads challenge along. After that I'm planning to reread the Lux series, and I'm not sure in what order I should read the others. I'm open to suggestions!😊
Sorry for the late post, have a bunch of projects due this week and am super stressed.
Have a good night everyone!

QOTD: Do you have a favorite month?
As I said I LOVE October! But I also love April/May, when it starts to warm up again and everything is green and I get to plant my garden. 😍🌸🌼🌻🌱 January is pretty great too since it's my birthday month 😂, but it's too cold to be one of my favorites lol. 😨❄☃
happy monday!🍂 i was tagged by @buecher.traeume to do the #bookishcrushes 💕i tagged some lovely people above✨

"I am not human.
I am a cyborg.
I am mechanic.
That's all I am... right?"
-Marissa Meyer, Cinder .
Cinder is back!! 🔧🔧
Akhirnya aku ikutan #LUMIELOWEENPARTY 😆
Tadinya gak kepikiran buat ikutan ini, karna bingung mau cosplay tokoh siapa eh semalem tiba-tiba aja terlintas buat jadi Cinder lagi. 😁😁

Oh look, another ACOWAR post, is anyone surprised.
I love this candle from Flick The Wick! It was originally from one of the monthly boxes but it's now in the store as Cauldron's Blessed which I was so happy about, obviously I needed it in a bigger size. It smells like sweet pea and vanilla. It's just a really nice, light sweet scent and probably one of my favorite candles I own.
I've gotten quite a few packages in the past week that I haven't had the chance to share, they're lying around my room like a mess. Wednesday is my one day off so I might do some unboxings or at least get around to taking pics of the boxes.
Anybody else love getting packages in the mail? It feels like Christmas every time.
Monday is the ever living bane of my existence. But we have survived another one. Huzzah! I hope everyone has a wonderful week! Are you doing anything fun?! Let me know!
Thank you @parchmentpages for tagging me in the #favoritefemalecharacter tag! Go check her out! Her pictures are beautiful😃
So here goes my favorite characters of the female variety...
🍁Adelina Armouteru (The Young Elites)
🍁Quintana (The Lumatere Chronicles) 🍁Nymphadora Tonks (Harry Potter) 🍁Kate Worthington (Blackmoore) 🍁Vianne and Isabelle (The Nightengale) 🍁Althea Vestrit (The Liveship Traders)
#qotd Do you prefer kick butt heroines or the silent and strong type?
Hello beautiful people!!! How are your weeks going? I’m still participating in the #WalkingRead2017 with @booksparks. I finished This is Not the End earlier today and I have started A Dangerous Year. I’m super excited for the rest of the week. Remember you can join the challenge and enter for some really awesome prizes at this link http://gobooksparks.com/walking-read-2017/ !!!
My rating for This is Not the End was 3.5/5 stars! I really enjoyed the idea of the story. Lake lives in a world where everyone has the choice to resurrect one person on their 18th birthday, and she has already illegally promised hers to someone who isnt even dead yet…..I loved the concept and the characters, but some parts were confusing. I would recommend it to anyone wanting something deep but also quick and interesting!! You can find my whole review on my GR account: karliasmith. .
So far I’m interested A Dangerous Year, I’ll give a more in depth update tomorrow!! I feel like its gonna be very action and drama packed!
🔻• "You want me to lead Voltron? This is how I lead!" // Happy Birthday Keith! Sorry for this totally unrelated photo, but I didn't really have anything related to Voltron :,) . Anyways, lately... I've been into more of the futuristic-y types of books and naturally, I'm not over Warcross because of it•
Q: what tv shows do you watch?
"Books are my friends, my companions. They make me laugh and cry and find meaning in life."
The Inheritance Cycle is one that I wish we talked about more! Aside from Twilight, it's the series that really turned me into a bookworm. I just love it!
I watched the *not so great* Eragon movie randomly this weekend and was reminded about how disappointing it was 😭 🐉
Bookmarks are from a past @fairyloot!
New review on my blog! Links in my bio if you want to check it out!
There's a lot of ship angst in this book, romance fans, so beware! But it's a really solid third book!
In other news, I have fully fallen down the kpop rabbit hole. I'm obsessed. I have a bias and ultimate bias everything 😂
I'm kinda feeling a bit fed up of everything recently too, I had the biggest high of my entire life followed by the biggest low, which is why I've been a quieter on here!
QOTD: What are some of your favorite Bookish merch?
I was totally in love when I saw this Velaris pendent by @ohpandaeyes in my FairyLoot box a few months ago 😍😍I’ve been wanting a quote necklace for a while and squealed a bit when I saw this one 🙈🙈
#spookathon day 23: night
Thank you so much to @thoughtcatalog who sent me these beautiful books! ✨
- Luminescence by Brandon Woelfel
- Your Soul is a River by Nikita Gill
@brandonwoelfel’s photos are so beautiful and I can’t wait to delve into the poetry collection!
"You may tell a tale that takes up residence in someone's soul, becomes their blood and self and purpose. That tale will move them and drive them and who knows that they might do because of it, because of your words. That is your role, your gift."I keep seeing everyone rereading the Night Circus and although it wasn't my favorite book i LOVED the writing style. On another note i've been doing homework all day(kill me)thus why every time i post I don't talk about a new book that i've read because i actually haven't read anything lately *cries*but please share what you have read. I would love to know🍁🍁

This was kinda perfect @yalnaz_reads because alot of these questions I could answer with Nirvana which @captain.valour happened to take a beautiful picture that depicts Mateo's love of nature
Combo pizza aka book with a diverse cast: Nirvana (Yes my book) I have a Native American, Asian, Jamaican, African American, Thai, I got them all 😘💓
Margarita pizza (yes I know I spelled it wrong Im sure youll agree this spelling is better 21+ only) aka book with beautiful setting: Again, Nirvana, you travel the freaking world! 🌎 It doesnt get much better than that
Meatlovers aka best male character: Ranger - from Stephanie Plum books
Frozen pizza aka Book you read really fast: P.S. I like you, I dont really read book quickly but this one took me 48 hours I think.
Desert pizza aka book with a good friendship: All the characters filppin get together! The only one I know of that had strong character bond and didnt jump each others bones is Harry Potter. 🍕
Pepperoni pizza aka old time fave: It is a very rare rare rare moment if I decide to read a book twice. Which is why I use the library instead of buying. Not saying Ive never done it but its like finding a dinosaur in the wild. 🍕
