My new night ritual : write on this book 3 things that I am grateful for each day. It could be just to have enough food to eat every day, but also every good moment. Sometimes, it is easy to find 3 things, sometimes, it is really hard. But at the end of the day, there are good in each day, good or bad.

Mon nouveau rituel du soir: écrire 3 choses pour lesquelles je suis reconnaissante. Cela peut être de pouvoir manger à ma faim chaque jour, mais également les bons moments que je peux avoir. Des fois, il m'est très facile de les trouver, d'autres fois, c'est assez difficile. La morale est qu'il y a du bon dans tout, même dans le mauvais. Cela m'est venu des livres Miracle Morning et 3 kifs par Jour.

NEW BEGINNINGS. it is time for me and that‘s why i deleted every post i ever posted. i need a fresh start and a fresh cut.
do you know the feeling that hits you when you read something or listen to a song and it just kicks in... the feeling of finally getting it. everything clicking into place in your head. that is what i felt when reading this and why i decided to start over on instagram aswell. the last few months were really heavy on me, my heart and my health. i had to hand in my bachelor thesis which i finally did last week and my heart still is hanging onto someone it should not. all of that made my heart issues appear again which lead to a lack of exercises and weight gain. but to get back on track with my health most importantly, i need to start fresh. finally get my life together and change it, do what i want, do what me and my body and mind need and most importantly finally finding myself. so cheers to new beginnings and the journey of finding myself.
God will protect you before the ship has sailed, and before the ship has sunken. I am beginning to realize I am removed from things that are not for me in order that I might get to where I am supposed to be.
So there comes a time in your post-relationship status where you delete all of the evidence that the relationship even existed i.e. pictures 😂 Yeah, just did that. The great feeling is knowing that the other person was the exact opposite of a digital hoarder, thus making the relationship definitely non-existent by the time I deleted the last byte then proceeded to delete the deleted from the trash. Moving on requires letting go and cutting ties, physical, emotional, digital, and anything else. I did, however, keep the database of the fur babies. They will never be deleted from my heart. 🐕🐶 .
Among the other photos I found were ones from my very first selfie shoot at the airbnb I stayed at during my very first days of training for my Maryland job. Those days were so incredibly difficult yet so incredibly exciting. I am coming up on a year next month of when I left my job. Almost a year in Maryland. #grateful#yearofself#yearofme#movingon

Love what you do and you'll never have to work a day in your life 💞At the start of this year I made a resolution to have a selfish year. To look after ME and take the time to develop myself both personally and professionally. It's been tough, as a mother it's hard to take a step forward and put yourself first. I've not always been successful but I'm proud of what I have achieved. The year end is drawing closer but I'm excited for what lies ahead and what else I'm going to tick off my list! There’s so much going on in this photo!!! I’ve not written my new meal plan, so I decided to think on the go and create my plan whilst shopping this week haha!
I’m going to have the following:
Breakfast - berry packed protein smoothie
AM - yoghurt
Lunch - chicken Buddha bowl with spinach, quinoa, roasted peppers, artichoke, avocado, olives, cherry tomatoes and red onion
PM - snack pack of rice crackers
Dinner - roast vegetables with protein of choice
