Exercising and eating healthy is 100% mental. I am not motivated every day, all the time but the words I have on my yellow star ⭐️is what I strive to be even when I'm not motivated. Each time I reach that marker I know I am reaching my goal and I don't just mean during my workout.
Write down your goals, mean it, and own the results. Even if they are ridiculous like my blue star 🔷saying "dat booty" throw it out in the universe!
My school guidance councilor had this poster (you know the super cheesy ones from the 90's) that had two birds in a nest. Under it read "don't be scared to fall, what if instead you would fly?" 😳. At the time I'll admit, the poster was waaaaayyyyy lame like capital L Lame (90's Baby remember?) however, years down the road I appreciate the sentiment. I'm scared I might fail as a coach, I might stumble on my fitness journey..... But WHAT IF‼️ What if I inspire and change lives. What if I feel comfortable in my skin. What if I stumbled and get back up EVERY SINGLE TIME❓. What if is more then two words.... It's the potential for everything you could ever dream of. WHAT IF I SUCCEED!
