Exercising and eating healthy is 100% mental. I am not motivated every day, all the time but the words I have on my yellow star ⭐️is what I strive to be even when I'm not motivated. Each time I reach that marker I know I am reaching my goal and I don't just mean during my workout.
Write down your goals, mean it, and own the results. Even if they are ridiculous like my blue star 🔷saying "dat booty" throw it out in the universe!

That's why I put it on one of my agility markers that I've seen for the past 6 days straight.
You HAVE to make the decision to do something - yourself. If someone else tries to make it for you I promise the other two won't even come into play.
Once you've made the decision to do something, the next step is to commit. Come hell or high water you're going to do whatever it takes to stick to what you decided on doing.
Success comes when the first two things are done. Hands down.
So the next time you don't achieve success in an area, go back and see if the first two things are checked off. I think you'll find your reason for why you haven't achieved success.
