If someone tell us a good joke, we laugh a lot at the first time. If he tell it again one time, two time we still laugh a bit but after a few repetitions we don't laugh anymore and start thinking "why he's repeating again his joke ? This guy is weird..." WE DON'T LAUGH ON THE SAME JOKE AGAIN, SO WHY DO WE CRY ON THE SAME PROBLEME AGAIN AND AGAIN ?
Problems will come, issues will come, difficulties will come, whoever you are, doesn't matter.

La práctica de hoy la verdad que no la he acabado muy satisfecha, no tenia la mente concentrada en lo que estaba haciendo y no he conseguido centrarme en la respiración. Tengo que aprender sobretodo a respirar, soy consciente de que no sé hacerlo y es la base del yoga. Me falta mucha flexibilidad pero poco a poco y perseverando, hoy mi práctica la centre más en ello que no en intentar hacer una asana en exclusiva o las invertidas, creo que durante unos días voy a centrar la práctica en la flexibilidad para no sentirme tan engarrotada durante las prácticas. How to draw in positive calming energy to cleanse your aura, relax your body and heal yourself. This I remember from Diane Steins very old book. Lie down in prone position preferably in bed ready to sleep. Blanket duvet or whatever on you. Try not to be disturbed or you may jump and get a shock to your system. If you can find two crystals or favourite stones even better. I use double terminated quartz crystals with the Large point facing into my body with the left hand and the large point away from my body in the right. You will be drawing energy round your body from the left sole up around and down to your right foot and sole. You will also draw energy down through your crown. Relax and imagine warm energy in the form of light in a colour of your choosing (I like celestial blue) entering your left foot. As it travels up your leg feel each muscle tensing and relaxing. It will be a trail of burning electric light.Breathe even and deep and steady through your nose and mouth. Continue up your side torso and out along your arm round each finger in turn up your shoulder and up to the top of your head. You have the option to have a power boost by imagining your head opening and light energy traveling down into your head from the sky and back down the right side of your body and back into the ground on your right side. Progress through feeling the energy and working through all your muscles. Make sure you let all the light filter back into the ground. You will feel the stones have warmed up and you can put them down. For the first time this weekend, I got to walk a labyrinth. Walking a labyrinth is a way to steady the mind and let the intuition flow! It is suggested to ask a question, and ponder it as you walk slowly, focusing on your steps. This one was laid by some Franciscan sisters who maintain it, and even change its path from day to day. It was an awesome experience.
There is no wrong way to walk it - No dead ends, no way to go astray. The walk always leads to the center, and then back out. You may encounter other walkers, and wish them well. In the center, you can sit in contemplation. And this is akin, physically, to what we can all access with enough preparation and luck - the calm center of our selves where all the answers reside.

I look at this video and I can critique the crap out of it....I am my own worst critic. But I am on my mat, arms quivering, core burning, beads of sweat dripping of my forehead, and it’s all good. With each new day of my practice, I’m breathing deeper and getting stronger. We need to give ourselves grace and love the body we are in. Recovering from this back surgery has been a challenge but I am so thankful to be moving again!!! It’s been 3 months since I had the surgery on my L3 and L4. I saw the surgeon and he said that he can already see the fusion starting, on my X-ray!! I am not taking this second chance of movement for granted! #moveyourbody#yogawithadriene#backsurgery#yoga
