Today is day 4 of the #AutumnFlowChallenge and the theme is #YogaFlow ✨ I began playing with the yoga flow and a bouncy dance flow kept coming through so I let it out! Practicing the foundations can only make you stronger. Talk to any master on any topic and they will all say the same thing. Even the highest level musicians go back to scales! These yoga postures are great to try but are also a good sequence. Try holding each posture for 5 long breaths and the last posture (corpse pose, eyes closed), for 3-5 minutes! Decided to take my job outside for a bit because I can. It's gorgeous without a cloud in the sky and with a nice little breeze while still wearing clothes from this mornings yoga. I'm so grateful for this opportunity and feel so dumb that I waited so long to give this a chance. So much self doubt and insecurities held me back but NO more! What are some of the reasons that hold you back from creating the reality you want for yourself? Let's talk about it cause bud if you have that "voice" in your head saying shit like "You can't" then it's time to tell that fucking EGO to shut it and go somewhere else with that negativity because the true reality is you can create anything you want for yourself as long as you change the narrative of the story you are telling yourself now. Just gotta be brave enough to do it ❤️💋✌🏻️
Flowing into Friday like....🤸♀️
Today was a fun workout day. I started off with a 20min yoga flow to get warmed up and stretched and then did some inversion practice!
For both headstands and handstands I started with doing 5 sets of 30 second holds with my feet against the wall. I then worked on free standing headstands and handstands. .
Mastering these movements takes a lot of time and practice. I've been working on them for awhile now and I'm finally starting to get better at them!
Some more tips and asana variations for you Friends! Ardha chandrasana or half moon pose focuses on chest and hips, if you go for the advanced variation remember to keep chest and hip open over the ‘split’ shape ☺️ #martinafixtheasana

Back body strengthening
Shoulders, erector spinae, glutes, all of it. Do a few rounds. Stay engaged the whole time. All of your muscles. If you don’t engage, fine, you are only cheating yourself!
If you haven’t noticed by now.... I really don’t like to wear bras. It’s not for the sex appeal, because lopsided nips aren’t that sexy. It’s because I want to. Because I am going to be comfortable. I breastfed two wonderful children and I have respect for my boobs. I love my boobs.
