I threw out a bunch of the more processed foods that was in my house today, because I realized that they’re often all I want to eat when they’re around. Things like pita chips and cheddar popcorn and buffalo wing sauce aren’t inherently bad, but I think my brain and body need some space from these guys when I’m at home! Humanity is off. 
We are trapped in a destructive ego-based reality.. The universe brings in a lot of our energies and currently I feel it’s out of balance, the environment has to be changed, us as humans have to change. People are blinded by themselves then opening there fucking eyes for change. Do we at all no what is going on, on this earth? We are trying to switch it to a spiritual Love-based system but we are stuck. I will eat this meal to help nourish my soul and create a better balance, to show an example of discipline and that animals are being abused taken from there mothers after birth for our food supply.. animals are being completely and utterly slaughtered in such cruel ways. What happened to balance, where nature takes its toll. Where animals are grown to there life span and then die for our health then being basically prosecuted the day they are put on this earth.. What is happening to our very own nature. 
Why are we the only ones on the planet that drink from the organs from another animal? When a calve drinks from its mother as a baby it gains nutrients to grow, when it grows does it drink from its mother?

I love keeping raw almonds on hand in case I have a food emergency. They help me stay on a healthy diet and come in handy in zip lock bags in my car or purse. Another great way to eat almonds is to soak and peel them- this is especially useful if you need something easier to digest. However! Nuts are high in fat and should not be used as your sole source of protein. Everything in moderation!

When I became ill after I had Jojo, we suffered from #thrush and #digestive issues. (You can learn more about that in my highlights on my page)

We were so ill. The stabbing pains in my breasts were terrible and nursing was unbearably painful. I read everything on the candida diet and I ate the diet for 2 months. But with each day that passed I wasn’t getting better. In fact, my stool had become so bloody that I would cry in the bathroom wondering what I am do to about my health. I was depressed, anxious, bleeding from my insides, painfully enduring nursing and the list goes in.

I prayed. I prayed long and hard. I searched my scriptures for an answer to what I should be eating. What kept shouting out to me was “to eat meat sparingly”
.
This candida diet eliminates all carbs and all fruit. I was left with veggies and you guessed it... meat. But this didn’t sit well with me. How can the fruits god placed on this earth be hurting me?
.
After 2 months of this, I woke up one morning and said, “I’m eating a Whole Food Plant Based Diet or #wfpbdiet with tons of fresh fruits and veggies and I’m going to see what happens. Not even 24 hours later I didn’t have anymore blood in my stool and I haven’t had any since. Almost 10 months later!
.
I have always felt that fruits should be apart of us. It’s when I started reading the “fruit fear” chapter in @medicalmedium first book that things started to become even more clear to me. He talks about how the word fruit is used over 300 times in the Bible. For example: “Fruit of our Womb”
“Fruits of our labors”
“Forbidden fruit”
“The tree of life”

Fruit has been and always should be apart of us.

🌱 Comfort food in 15 min 🕒
Recipe for those who don’t have time but want to stay healthy, eat tasty and be full of energy for a long time. 
This meal is high in plant protein and soluble fibre. And smart seasoning will keep you awake and ready to hit that pile of work 📨📑📝 Start from Pre -soaking 1 cup of brown/red/black rice and 1 cup of 2-3 varieties of beans/lentils. I used green lentils, red lentils and millet.
There are three pre-soak times:
✅Overnight in cold water if you are organised enough to remember to do it (I’m not always good at it 😂)
✅ 2-3 hours in warmish water- if you forgot but remembered in the morning that you need stuff for the evening. Might take 5min longer to cook though.
✅ 1h (or at least 30 min) in hot water - if you are like 📝🧐🕒😱😶
✅ In a pan heat up 1tbs of olive oil or 1 tsp of oil and 1tsp of butter /ghee.
✅ Add a piece or whole cinnamon (cassia) bark,1tsp of cumin, 1tsp of black mustard seeds. Cook 1-2 min until seeds start to pop.
✅Meanwhile wash and drain grains and lentils and add them to the pan.
✅Mix well and pour in 5-6cups of veg broth. The more broth, the more risotto texture you’ll get.
✅Cover with a lead and cook 15 min. ✅Check if everything is nice and soft. Switch off the heat.
✅Add 1/2tsp of turmeric, generous pinch of chilli 🌶 salt, freshly grounded black pepper and juice of half lemon. Mix well and enjoy 😉 ☺️
This recipe is inspired by classic Ayurvedic kitchari or khichdi 🥣
You can accompany it with any veggies. I would recommend steamed ones as they are also easily digestible due to water soluble fiber.
The whole idea behind kitchary is provide you with slowly releasing energy without irritating your stomach and soothing it and cleaning it out with fiber. Spices at the same time will make you feel fresh and rested.

Well I don’t quite know it’s been a while since I’ve seen it shown off on insta but this doesn’t mean it’s not tasty 😋 or that it doesn’t have a pick me up compared to a coffee minus the jitters and disturbed sleep. -3cdas de coco rallado
-2cda de harina de almendras. -2cdas de aceite de coco
-2cdas de agua.
-1de maple syrup y un poco de stevia.

-2cdas de mantequilla de mani. -1de agua.
-1de maple syrup. -Un poco de stevia. -1rodaja de piña (se pica).

•• Es tan simple como mezclar bien los ingredientes de la base y ponerlos en un molde (ocupe un potecito) y para el relleno mezcla primero la mantequilla con el agua y el maple y después la piña, revuelves bien (si quieres también puedes procesarlo, yo no lo hice por que quería que tuviera pedacitos de piña ). Y esto lo agregas a la base! Lo dejas en el frezeer unos 30 min antes de cortar, para que este mas firme! ❄️.

En lo personal (y creo que lo he dicho antes) prefiero congelarlo (dura más, y mantiene su forma perfectamente👌🏼)y comerlo así, pero si no te gusta sácalo unos 10’ antes de comer. Salen 4 barritas! 🌻 ..

Тахини отвечает за белки и жиры, банан за углеводы, хлебцы за пищевые волокна. Я уже полгода, наверное, не ем хлеб, не покупаю его, заменила хлебцами. Это моя золотая середина. А так-то любая промышленно переработанная пища, говорят любители чистого питания, зло💀Согласны? 🌿
