Our workshop will begin with more information on how to work with the wisdom and energies of the new moon and an energising meditation to help us to open up to receive. We’ll take a little time to explore all of the things we would like to see happen in our lives and set some intentions. Our intentions are like the seeds we plant, and then we need to add our creative energy to help them to grow, which is what we will do in our yoga practice.
We’ll explore a flowing practice to help us to shine, to allow our inner creativity to expand, to find the greatness and courage of our hearts and minds and to create the power, focus and self belief that we need to manifest our dreams and intentions.
The workshop will close with re-energising our chakras, setting silent intentions for both your practice and personal life and a relaxing manifesting meditation.

Dancing around after one and half hour Thai massage session. Seriously it is like yoga practice but you don't need to do anything at all, isn't it? I certainly believe it is! My gosh, I can just scream how amazing is this. Treat yourself before you wreck yourself 🍑 полтора часа тайского массажа после недельной ежедневной практики асан по три-четыре часа, то что надо телу. Годнота и только 💃🏻
It's been sooo hot out there! Record highs in the Midwest. My car actually said it was about 97 degrees yesterday 😱 it wasn't even that hot of a summer..until September 😹
Day 7 of the #YogisSpreadingLove#yogachallenge : love towards the environment - #headstand - my neighborhood doesn't seem to care much about their environment. There's constant garbage on the streets, the grass and even in the poor ducks pond water. I try to pick as much up as I can. I'm not gonna lie it makes me sick. It makes me sick to know these people are either just too lazy to walk back in their home and throw their garbage away, OR walk to one of the garbage cans that's on each block in my neighborhood. Please people love Mother Nature she does SO much for us 🙏🏼
wake up and make it happen 🙏🏾 there's nothing to it just to do it. we don't need to think about the before and after. we need to focus on the during, where we are right now: the present. checking in with ourselves is so necessary ✨ technically, i woke up at 5:30am. i laid in my bed for about fifteen minutes, hitting snooze, and thinking about all the steps of the day, especially the process of getting to the gym 😭 then i was like, wait. all it takes is taking a step out of bed, directly to the coffee maker (lmao), and making breakfast. after that, it was easy. i got out the house and made it to the gym for #BBG and in enough time to head to my internship right now 🙌🏾 all we need to do is stay present in each step to get to the bigger step. let's get iiiiiit this weekend 💗 #selfsoulsport
When I first looked at this shot from some much needed playtime on Tuesday (thanks again) @elbel345, all I saw were my imperfections and failings -- typical Lauren response. But at second glance I see my progress. I have come a long way since pregnancy, when I basically cut backbends out of my yoga practice.
There is also a lot that I want to offer the world that is nowhere near ready; and although I tend to beat myself up about that sometimes, I am starting to realize that a lot IS ready and coming to you soon.

Part II... searching for fluidity in body and mind whilst maintaining thirst for expansion. I've noticed a lot recently that the more I focus on certain things, the more it shows up in my life from all angles. I've been graced with so many fulfilling podcasts, books, conversations, even with complete strangers in restaurants to far flung instagram friends. Serendipitously the same topics keep arising, balance, self development, awareness and much more. Either I'm attracting it or it was always there and I'm just tuning in, either way, it's great!
Day 4 - standing marichyasana A. I can barely bind & fold in this seated! Standing was a billion times more challenging 🤣

I'm proud of myself! 💕
Today's pose is #HalfMoonPose , or #ArdhaChandrasana . ✔️Half Moon Pose strengthens your ankles, legs, glutes, spine, and abs.
✔️It gives your spine, shoulders, calves, hamstrings, and groin a good stretch.
✔️As with every yummy inversion, this pose relieves stress and depression by turning your head upside down that when you get back up, you’ll begin to see the world with more clarity and in a more positive light.
✔️Other therapeutic effects of practicing this pose include increasing fertility as well as relief from anxiety, fatigue, menstrual pain, back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, indigestion, gastritis, and constipation.
So far, almost EVERY pose is challenging to me. This one was no exception. I feel myself improving every day. I'll get there sooner than I think.
💕 I see my body changing as well as my mind and spirit. I'm really proud of myself and I it has inspired me to continue to keep going, to keep sharing, & to continue inspiring others.
I'm not mad at yoga not one bit.
