|| NEXT STEPS || If you’ve got your lift to headstand feeling pretty solid, try this drill as a next step. Such a great exercise to strengthen the core and shoulders. I’m using these headstand zombie presses to help strengthen for handstand and forearm stand presses. You’ll need socks and a wooden floor. 👣 Slide the feet in as far as possible, getting the hips high over the shoulders and then take flight. If you’re still working on your headstand lift from the traditional position, work on lowering down slowly ever time you headstand. Progression doesn’t happen overnight, we have to dedicate time to the things we want to achieve. 👍🏼🧘🏼♀️

Seriously though, how bad would you shit if you were in the water with something this big?! I would shit so bad. 💩 Fun fact though, it’s actually one of my bucket list life long dreams to swim with a great white shark about this size while in a cage. Actually, I used to really want to swim with one outside of a cage in open water, but I recently decided I don’t really think I wanna take it that far. Even though I still kinda do, just a little. 🦈 Fun fact #2 , Universal Studios Orlando used to have a Jaws boat ride (an attraction that played out being chased and attacked by Jaws! 😭😍) for 22 years until 2012 when it was closed and replaced. On the plus, it was replaced by the 2nd phase of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which was Diagon Alley where you can now ride Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. Which is amazing. Now you know. 😜 Oh and don’t you worry, Dragon photos are coming!

Day 9 of #upsidedowniscomingtotown with (flow)ting. I did NOT hold this as a pose. I’ll put the video on my story showing the truth. 😉 I was airborne here for maybe a millisecond. Sometimes i compare myself to other yogis on here and feel discouraged which is silly, we all are where we are at and just at different points in a journey. Something i have to remind myself of often is that Instagram, although wonderful, can be very deceiving too. What you see isn’t always the truth and just remember most of the time you are seeing someone’s very best so take it with a grain of salt, try not to compare yourself, instead get inspired by these amazing humans.🌻 #cheesypost -
