This video doesn’t really want to be a tutorial like the other ones because I cannot do a pike press yet, this is how I am working on it so I am sharing with you my way hoping that maybe it will help some of you, but if you also have suggestions for me I am all ears 😃 (video speeded up 2x)

Is this pose or movement hard? NO. Is it easy? NO. For me it is interesting, creative and fun.
It would be much more difficult to me to achieve this pose if I think it is hard or even extreme.
Our body and mind need to be connected. Let's turn on the mode of playfulness and explore, play!
Because my mind is extremely frantic, sort of like a duracel bunny tripping on acid, my workouts tend to reflect the pace of my brain
I find a lot of comfort in the high intensity #movement found in crossfit, Muay Thai and running
But as corny as it sounds, #yoga has been calling out to me this second week into #travelling
Perhaps because I've felt run down and been forced to therefore slow down
Or maybe it's because my friend has told me I need to learn to chill the hell out and be more koala and a little less bunny on acid 🤣🤣
Either way, the change of pace has been most delightful
