Dreams DO come true. I have to remind myself that sometimes. 10 years ago I was miserable, lost and desperate to change my life. Today, I’m happier than I ever thought possible living out dreams I didn’t know I had. 🙏🏻

Heute gab es mal kein Yoga 🧘♀️ stattdessen hab ich mit meinem Freund eine Fahrradtour durch den Vogelsberg gemacht . Es war saukalt hat aber großen Spaß gemacht .ich leg mich jetzt erstmal mit der Wärmflasche auf die Couch. Was habt ihr so gemacht?
Birthday Recovery Run
Besides some twinges in my ankles, shins, and knees this run felt fantastic. It’s SO GOOD to run in Kansas again!!! The theme of the day is THANKFUL. I’m thankful to be alive, to be healthy, to have a husband who still makes me laugh 😍, to have the most awesome boys in the world call me Mom, to have such a supportive and loving family and some of the truest friends who will lift me up and remind me to breathe in through nose out through mouth 😘. #38yearsyoung
What is another year? Just a numeral reflection of the time I’ve been given to live my experiences. So much more to come. #marathoner 👈🏻👈🏻👈🏻I am so excited to be able to use that hashtag 😂😂😂 Time to start planning my next adventure.

Everyday is an opportunity to practice purification. The second of Yoga Yama's "Satya" says that you should speak the truth, you should never lie. According to Satya there's no such thing as "white lie", lying is lying. For instance "lying to not hurt people" is not acceptable for Satya. Since a few months I'm practicing Satya. I cannot say that I've managed it 100%, but I'm doing much much better than before. The lesson that I learned during this time: don't hide behind excuses, there's always a way to speak the truth!

Çıkarttığım ders de şu oldu: Bahanelerin arkasına sığınma, gerçeği konuşmak için her zaman bir yol var!

Как-то мало тут стало ЙОГИ😈 но я занимаюсь, правда.
К слову, сегодня я тренила дважды, и вот сейчас йога. Времени на личку вообще нет, ну и ладно, я свой выбор сделала. Если чем-то жертвовать, то уж точно не развитием
А то, что происходит в моей голове - тайна даже для меня, и лучше бы её не раскрывать. А то я и так схожу с ума😫
