Why the repitition of images? Pattern, vibrancy & complexity are evident everywhere. Perhaps it's only once the same thing is repeated over & over, in slightly different ways that the details emerge. Imagine if you could see your own tendencies in the same way?

A year ago (roughly) Lunula opened it’s doors unofficially. Some would see her as only a space, but those of us that have been there know that Lunula is a she that created herself to be a space of release, comfort and community for those of us that were drawn to her site. It has been an amazing journey filled with loads of learning curves for all of us and I am in awe and wonder of everyone's part in it; some pretty amazing things have happened and some pretty amazing people have been met.
Much love to everyone that shared this journey with her! May 2018 be just as splendid xx
We have loads of exciting ideas for 2018, and one those ideas is extending our kids classes. Ashnee @ash_mathen will be joining our group of already fabulous teachers as a trained kids yoga teacher. We would appreciate your input in this regard: our current idea is to have a late afternoon class, round 4.30 or 5, as well as (possibly) a grown-up class at the same time.

Yoga creates a safe space for us to explore our mind and not just transform into a 🥨. The practice of yoga offers challenges and new ways of looking at your body in a way that brings up “I can’t” “I’m not strong enough” “I’m not flexible enough” “You want me to do WHAT” feelings to the surface.
Why would we want to go if it does that?!?! The answer is simple, you can’t heal something if you aren’t aware of its existence.
The burst pipe didn’t need to burst if you had found the leak a week before.
Yoga is an awareness and provides a method for having not just a healthy body but a strong, loving mind.
