Yesterday, I’ve listened to a mother talking to her friends about life. Her words fulfilled my heart. She got pregnant with the age of 47 and everyone judge her because she’s to old for getting a child. Instead of being sad and feeling bad, she looked more happier than ever. She said it’s never to late, to change your opinion and the way you want to live. Just start. Do the right step every single day.
Her power is such a inspiration for me. I’m only 19 and I’ve got already the feeling of waisting my time, making always new decisions. Just because others don’t understand, doesn’t mean it isn’t right? I criticize myself almost every day, for being so unsure what to do with my life. Always hearing the words: Soon, you need to make a decision Leonie.
Do i really need to do that? No.
As this mother talked about her life, how happy she is, just listening to herself, was exactly the words I needed! She’s brave for listening to herself and living the life she wants.
So this is my intent for next year: listening to the voice, which screams in my head, which I always try to ignore. This voice is always right. I needed 19 years to get that.
You’re feelings are always right, not the logic ones.
🌟The hardest thing is spending twelve hours a day accommodating the rest of the world, then going home at night and criticizing it. I would be curious about what I'd write if I didn't have to worry about offending.🌟
I like this quote because I find sometimes I catch myself wondering if Ill offend somebody by what I wear or how I look or how I sound or my opinions or my thoughts or my viewpoints..
I arrived to Alberta today and I haven't been in the selfie mood... so I had this picture or from a few days ago that I took when I was trying on this new skirt I got for $11 on clearance and wow the entire time that I wore it I loved it but then I judged myself on what other people think about me wearing it even though I loved it even though I felt amazing in it my biggest concern was if I was going to be criticized... I'm grateful to have my safe little Instagram page where I can post photos a fashion that I love and that really inspires me!! #stayinspired#selflove#fashion#betruetoyou#skirts#yogastudent#music#success#motivated#breathe#trans#tarot#massage#goddess#selflove#selfrespect#abundance#wealth#happiness#prosperity#goodvibes#abundance#love#breathe#bliss#happiness

King Dancer is an intermediate, standing yoga pose that combines the challenging aspects of balancing with a backbend. There are two variations commonly practiced. The first requires holding the lifted leg with one hand, while the second is an advanced pose that requires holding the raised foot with both hands overhead.
The Sanskrit name for this pose, "Natarajasana"
Want to, like, connect with cosmic energy? Nataraja is another name for Shiva and his dance symbolizes cosmic energy. Natarajasana, or Lord of the Dance Pose.
To deepen the pose you can move even further into this pose by grasping the raised foot with the off-side hand. Complete the pose as described above in the Full Pose section. Then inhale and swing the free hand first up toward the ceiling, then bend the elbow and reach for the inside of the raised foot.
Natarajasana requires and builds full-body strength, flexibility, and coordination. It opens the shoulders, chest, and hips, as it stretches and strengthens the thighs, ankles, and abdomen. This pose develops greater flexibility in your spine, shoulders, and hamstrings. It also stretches the entire front of the body, while strengthening the back muscles, which improves posture.

Do you look forward to going to the gym? 😑
A lot of people don't enjoy working out. Whether it's due to feeling uncomfortable, intimidated, feel like they're wasting their time or not having fun.
Either way, all of these above issues can easily be solved. But most people don't realize that!
Training can be comfortable, inspiring, educational, fun and results delivering. It all depends on the relationship you have WITH your gym. With your TRAINER, with your workout PARTNERS and with YOURSELF.
None of these things get worked on if you ignore them. Expose yourself to the right environment and your chances of success dramatically increase. The right people, the right tools, the right resources and the right atmosphere. This is why we love training clients in small private groups.
The ability to accomplish something great grows exponentially when done with friends. Take advantage of group settings to keep you motivated, competitive, inspired and having fun when you train! 🎉
So, let's look back at some of the thoughts here to simplify this. If you're NOT looking forward to going to the gym. You need to change the environment, and allow that to help it change your mindset. Training in a small private group is a fantastic option here.
Training with friends:
✅Promotes faster results, it doesn't leave room for slacking.
✅Friendly competition will always have you pushing harder than when alone.
✅Support from your workout partners and coach will keep you going, especially after a hard and stressful day.

It’s interesting how poses that seem the easiest turn out to be quite challenging when done right🤔 I managed to injure my shoulder a few days ago so this week I had to take it easy 🧘🏽♀️ Can stop thinking of how lucky I am to be surrounded by yogis who pay attention to my alignment and breath, help me twist further and go deeper into asanas. Going to miss the classes while away on holiday😭
