When I have been trained to Kemetic Reiki, I understand that our hands are so much more that what I thought I knew. I discovered there energy center, colors, tools, power... So before touching someone please ask the person if she do agree. Ask yourself what is your intention by doing so. Is it pure? Are you clean? Touching is also healing.

The face of determination ! Many of you have been asking about my knee so here’s my 7 month knee surgery update ! Regular Physio @dubsportsclinic, exercises everyday at home, circuits @ymcafitnessdublin 3X per week, short runs, constant foam rolling... it’s been a lot of work to get back from knee surgery but just get to the gym, listen to your physio @csimpson.physio and you’ll be well on your way ! “we know it’s important to actually voice your gratitude when it involves another person. a few years back, Harvard’s mental health division conducted a study where participants were tasked with delivering a message/note of gratitude to someone who had never been properly thanked before. In another study at UPenn, workers who received words of gratitude were 50% more (measurably) productive.
TLDR? It’s cool to list out what you’re thankful for…but use your voice, too. do me a favor and just write a little lovenote to someone who needs it this week, k? 😉 “

Yesterday someone left a message in my DMs that said something along the lines of ‘we get it, you can do a handstand. why not post something else? stop making everyone else feel bad.’ And, I have two things to say about this. First, and most importantly, if my practice doesn’t bring you inspiration and only brings up feelings of comparison, I urge you to unfollow me. Please. Not because i don’t want you here, but for your own sake. I promise my feelings won’t get hurt. If I am not for you, we good.
Second, I don’t do a lot of handstands because I am good at them. I am good at handstands because I do a lot of them. And, there is a huge difference. I did not come into this world with a natural gift for balancing on my hands. If you want to be good at something, you have to put in the work. When I practice handstands, I see a million areas for growth, a ton of skills I can still acquire, and even more areas to test and push my current ability. So, imma keep putting in my work, and you keep putting in yours. So, here is some of that work: I have been playing around with hand placement in handstands a lot lately. It is so fun seeing how a slight change can bring a whole new element to the practice.

A world beyond comprehensible words to even the most receivable ear. It was not to be seen or touched, it was not to be free or chained. It was ineffably beyond any play of words possible, some call it i, some call it me, some call it you, some call it us. -
So this is a video I made on Monday and completely forgot to post 🤦🏼♀️ .
I can often fall foul to a tight IT band so have put together some useful yoga poses to relieve the tightness and pain. These coupled with a massage are a perfect remedy !! *DISCLAIMER* I'm pretty sure I don't usually sound like this 😂#cameravoice AND I promise my video editing will improve !
I've had that stressful feeling this week of taking on too much but also panicking that I'm not doing enough and not progressing quick enough.
It's although I'm having a constant batte with my mind back and forth and can't find a balance. Allowing it to cause anxiety and stress I've ultimately created in my head.
So I bought myself some tools today to put my goals on paper, to have a place to reflect back on them and track my progress and get out of my head.
Today I decided to use my lunch to start this and the time spent reminded me of why I wanted to teach. To help others but maybe today I should help myself and practice acceptance and trust that I am doing enough.
It’s that time again!!
