Coming up and out of the beautiful Bali bubble as we all move onto a new chapter post-retreat. So appreciative of the truly amazing group of humans I've shared the week connecting with. Having a bub keeps me anchored in each moment, and I've enjoyed the space and time to immerse in what I came here to do, and it's only now have I even thought to share an asana pic of our beautiful Shala outlook. Such serenity to be felt amongst nature and the vibrancy of Ubud. No filter required whatsoever! Today we transfer to the south coast for a couple of days resting and rejuvenating before heading back to the Aussie chill! Missing hubby/daddy, but bub and I think he should just come over and visit us instead ;)
A shot from our @109world female empowerment event in Stockholm last week! Our little family unit really flows with all sorts of fun work engagements these days🤗 Luna has done a cover shoot, three yoga retreats, two teacher trainings, an international tax meeting and more work sessions with our team than we can count. I'm not doing maternity leave the traditional way but rather incorporating her into our day-to-day as much as possible while scaling back a ton. I'm lucky to have the best husband in the world who's going with the flow and being supportive in every way possible. It's not without its challenges, working together as husband and wife, and throwing a baby in the mix makes everything magical and difficult and beautiful and unpredictable. Did you know that in Sweden paternity leave is mandatory? Pretty cool! Today @dennisfromsalad spent five hours straight with angel baby while I wrote a big chunk on my second book at home. She started taking the bottle again!! Magic!

I haven't done yoga in a looooooong time. I'm surprised I'm still able to do head/handstands still, everything else I need to work my way up to again. I guess I've been boggled down lately. Been falling down with bad vibes and negativity. I lost my faith and need to gain that again too. A lot of this happened after my first break up. I started drinking, smoking and partying with friends but I'm done with all that. I'm sick and tired of these bad vibes and it's time I started to focus on me again. No ones gonna take myself away from me anymore. If you have a problem with how I am then "🖕🏼 off"
Enough being said I need work on positivity. Any advice or motivation will be appreciated❤️
