Hanumanasana splits pose. I used to be a splits queen when I was younger and in dance. I used to dedicate to practicing splits almost every day. I would sit in splits any chance I could get. I remember my Pom Pom coach told us to sit in splits while the commercials came on as we were watching TV. 😂 I’m being a bit kinder to my body and letting the ego drop nowadays. I know that some days my body isn’t going fully into splits and that’s ok. I’ll use my block buddy under the hip. 🙏🏽 Day 15 for #YAFallchallenge

You guys!!! The Yoga porch is ALMOST done! I feel like I’ve been spending every free minute on winterizing this porch to get it yoga-ready for the winter. Now we just need to cover the foamy insulation up with something and get plastic for the windows. I’m so excited!

How often has something amazing happened in your life when you stayed in your comfort zone?
Was it scary asking that girl (or guy) out for that first date? Uncomfortable going for that interview? Tough getting through those midterms?
Heck yeah it was! But look at what came out of it...a new girl/boyfriend, a great new job, a college degree.
In my life two of the most uncomfortable things I have ever done are:
1.) Go to flight school to become a pilot.
2.) Start my online business.
But guess what? That leap into flight school led to a job as an airline pilot, and the leap into my online business gave me something even bigger...
The ability to set my own schedule, travel full time when and where I want, leave my job as a pilot, and have the opportunity to make more money than I ever could in my aviation career.
It has also helped me learn and grow as a person. Why? Because I have a personal coach the company provides for free in order to ensure my success as a person and an affiliate.

This morning I took a wonderful class with a lot of heart opening and shoulder work. Which encouraged me to dive into my PD, that I have been neglecting for the past couple weeks. I read some, watched videos and even listened to a podcast while washing the dishes.😉 All with the same themes of gratitude and mindfulness. It feels good to practice this act of self love every day and I really needed it today. I plan on incorporating these themes into my classes this week.🙏🏼📿

Because sometimes Mommy really wants a chocolate chip cookie. And doesn't want to make a crazy mess. Y'all. I made my *FIRST EVER* cookies that were not from scratch. That came from a box. And @doctorcaz told me they tasted as good as, if not better (‼️) than when I made chocolate chippers from scratch last month. In fact, he may have eaten a handful! (but shhh!!! 🤐). @foodstirs you continue to amaze and impress me!! 😍😋🍪 #foodstirs
WAHE GURU 🌟| My favorite mantra. It literally means “I am in ecstasy when I experience the indescribable wisdom.” It is also called the Gurumantra in Kundalini Yoga. It triggers the destiny and expresses the indescribable experience from going from darkness to the light - from ignorance to understanding. It’s also said to be the infinite teacher of the soul. Sounds pretty incredible that just two words hold so much power right? Well, stop for a minute and say Wahe (wah-hay) Guru out loud a couple of times. Say it with love and reverence because you now know what it means and what it does. How does it make you feel? Can you feel how it stimulates a current through your body? I can! It literally feels like ecstasy to me.✨✨ So how do you use this? For me, anytime I have a negative thought come into my mind that my mind wants to follow, I stop and chant "Wahe Guru" to myself in my mind or out loud until I feel a shift in my thought pattern. It gives me so much more power over my mind that I can stay out of the lower vibration emotions...almost instantaneously. It makes that choice to follow the love or the fear energetically an easy one. Because it just comes down to a choice - to follow the high or low current. It's just a choice and if you have enough energy and enough power over your mind you can choose objectively. That's what Wahe Guru does for me.
It’s something to try the next time you feel a lower emotional state coming on. I love this mantra so much that I may even tattoo it on my body. 👍🏼💕🌈✨💖 #waheguru#satnam#elevatetheglobe

There's so much beauty in this world. Maybe the only reason why we are still here is because it's really saving this world. But the beauty is only where the faith is. I strongly believe we should never lose it, at any circumstances, we always should have faith. In ourselves. In others. In something that's beyond us. No matter what, there's always light. There's always light that hides within us. Our task is to keep it even if mountain of doubts, oceans of emotions all interfere to take a breath and stay still. Life is a balance between holding on and letting go. We all have two sides in our lives: the first one we'd go through again and the second we wish we could erase from our memories. But the truth is that the second one will never disappear. We can't just rip it out from our hearts. It was meant to be felt. It was meant to be gone through. It's just something that made you who you are. All we can do is always focuse on that first side. Always believe. Never lose hope. Shine. Love. Spread positivity no matter what. What is simply is. The greatest truth is: everything's temporary. We can live in peace. We already have it in the depth of our hearts. Calm the mind and the soul will speak. Still the waters of the mind. Comme je voulais tester un restaurant vegan et qu'elle connais bien, je me suis laissé guider en toute confiance.
Un chouilla junk food ce soir mais un régal nous sommes allées dans une petite pizzeria vegan à côté du musée des Arts et Métiers.
Et il y avait même l'option sans gluten ! 😃
Bon sauf le cookie et je sais que si c'est à refaire je ne reprendrai pas le cookie. Non pas parce que celui-ci n'était pas bon, il était même délicieux mais un peu trop sucré pour moi. Quand on a arrêté de consommer du sucre forcément dès qu'il y en a un peu trop dans un produit on le sent 😅
Un régal ce soir ! La pâte de la pizza moelleuse, de bons champignons et le fawmage (fromage vegan) laissait les mêmes sensations en bouche qu'un fromage au lait de vache type cheddar. Même le goût etait semblable ! Bluffant ! Ça filait et ça collait aux dent comme un véritable fromage fondu haha 😂 .
À côté de ça une tite salade et sincèrement c'était largement suffisant. .
Plutôt bon rapport qualité/prix et c'est une bonne première approche je pense pour ceux qui s'interesse au végétalisme ou veulent petit à petit s'y mettre 😊
En tout cas j'ai bien aimé et en plus le cadre était mignon ! .
La prochaine fois on s'en fera un autre ! 😜
