New Moon crystal meditation circle💎🌑 A gathering honoring the masculine & feminine as we charged crystals with powerful intentions for this new lunar cycle🔥 Thank you @mollyflowerbee for guiding us & holding such a lovely space🌟🙏🏼 Happy dreaming✨
Happy #Navaratri !! Navratri is all about celebrating feminine nature of the divine. I believe feminine is more powerful than the masculine, the soft is more powerful than hard. Water rounds the edges, the hard.
For this nine days, my focus is to soften. To soften while practicing yoga asana, to soften as a person. To let go 🙏🏽
I really need this during the stressful period of waiting and fighting since ages for my Visa.
I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This is the story I have told myself for many, many years. I've worked hard on this and I've definitely progressed in my mindset, but as we released and burned our fears and resistances during the beautiful gathering at @thegoddessspace on Tuesday night... these were the words and feelings I still needed to surrender. Again and again, releasing an engrained belief that has been with me since I was a child. Each time I step up in my life and business there is that fear of not being good enough to make that leap, yet I don't have a choice but to go forward. Always navigating. Always evolving. When I was first started to run my own business, over thirteen years ago now, I had the same fears that I do today and I accept that each step brings a mixture of fear and excitement. But still I rise. In truth I don't feel like it's an option not to. If you were to surrender and open to possibility, what could you create? What do you need to release and see burned to ashes in order to transform? Trust and know that you aren't on this journey alone. 📷@emily_brown_photography

"and one day her heart just opened up and she knew everything she was searching for had always been inside her." 💗
#OpenHeartWarriors day 2 is fish pose 🐠 I shimmied into this after a supppperrr sweaty hot yoga sesh tonight & it felt wonderful to be a lil' extra open 🙏🏼
Day 31 of 109 days of Gratitude
Today I am grateful for flexing my scheduling. I rearranged a couple sessions so I was done working by 1:30. It felt like I was playing hooky to go shopping, lunching and coffee this afternoon. Thanks to my clients who were so accommodating (you know who you were 😘)
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
I'm not waiting for a hero, I saved myself long ago.
Child pose (Balasana 🕉) is one of my favourite asanas to relax 🙇♀️
#tbt to the time I went to the retreat in France getting adjusted by @isaacmullinsyoga, by far one of the best teachers I experienced ☝️ He is leaving to India this morning, which I am so jealous of 😘
One day I will go back there and do my 300 hours to complete my 500 hours certificate 💞
Starting my day off with a boxing class with Sam (a fellow personal trainer) and after that heading to Amsterdam 🇳🇱
"I meet myself and others with: - openness - courage - confidence - patience - forgiveness." Tonight was the first time I have set foot on my yoga mat in the last 15 days. My yoga this last fortnight has taken a very different form.
I may be physically here, but my mind and soul are still elsewhere, still in my home and with my friends and community in BVI and Puerto Rico.
My body literally feels like it doesn't belong to me. I could barely move, twist, forward fold or back bend tonight. I am carrying SO much pain - physically, mentally and in my heart. 💔
I have been practicing and teaching yoga for a very long time and I know that these practices will help me to heal and move forward but even breathing fully at the moment feels hard.
For those of you who have lived through the last couple of weeks, whether physically present in the Caribbean or through connections with loved ones there, please do underestimate what you have just experienced and continue to live through.
Our bodies are literally living, breathing maps of trauma, stress and fear and it is so important - however painful it is- to begin to take baby steps to process this stuff and get the energy moving and flowing again.
Over the coming days and weeks, I will be sharing with you guys some of the simple practices that I am working with to help myself at this impossible time in the hope that this may also help you.
I'm grateful for the friend that dropped everything to meet me in the parking lot in front of a grocery store just because I really needed a hug. I'm grateful for the friend that listened to me and told me to be patient, that I'm worthy of greatness. And I'm even grateful for those that mistreated my open heart, reminding me of what it is I desire in my life. And most of all I am grateful for this life, for this opportunity to express, and experience, and laugh, and cry out. #muchlove .
🌞Day 21🌛 #yogagirlchallenge
Today is this International Day of Peace ✌🏿✌🏾✌🏽✌🏼✌🏻
This year, the IDOP is focusing on the plight of refugees and migrants, and showcasing the shared benefits of migration. Ultimately, it is about bringing people together and reminding us of our common humanity.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres sums up why the day is important;
“In times of insecurity, communities that look different become convenient scapegoats. We must resist cynical efforts to divide communities and portray neighbours as ‘the other’. Discrimination diminishes us all. It prevents people — and societies — from achieving their full potential. Together, let us stand up against bigotry and for human rights. Together, let us build bridges. Together, let us transform fear into hope.”
Sadly and shamefully Australia has horrendous refugee policies. In solidarity with refugees being held indefinitely in immigration detention in Australia and offshore I dedicate today's yoga practice to you #yogaforpeace + have made a donation to the Refugee Council of Australia (👉🏼 check them out for more info and a range of ways to support the cause)✌🏽

I'm all about the rawness these days . •This is the face of a woman learning a trade she loves massively .. insanely ... hauntingly.
• This is the face of a working mom.. giving here all.
•This is the face of 4 hrs of sleep a night , redbull pounding , yoga while cooking breakfast kind of woman. •This is the face of determination , love , drive , no fucks given ,no room for ... no's .. type of woman ....
That dream of yours Kittens .. it's possible.... if you're willing to chase it hard enough... are you up for the challenge ? 💕🔥💋✨Xoxo...
