Tell your daughters how you love your body.

.-- SAUCHA / purification -- .
.The concept of purification is not a merely physical one: saucha refers to purity of thoughts, body, action and intention. And in this context, “pure” means “sattvic” -- “sattva” is one of the three gunas and refers to the quality of “goodness, positivity, truth, wholesomeness, serenity, wholeness, creativity, constructiveness, balance, confidence, peacefulness, and virtuousness that is drawn towards Dharma and Jnana (knowledge).” (Wikipedia) .

The most difficult purification of all, more than the body or the action, is probably that of thoughts and intentions. For example, when emotions like anger take over, they cover our discrimination power, causing thoughts (and possibly also intentions and actions) that could not be really considered pure. These kinds of emotions get stored inside our bodies and can be the cause of disease or become obstacles on our path towards samadhi.

So many people tell me that they are "bad" at yoga or they are not flexible enough to do yoga. There is no such thing as being "bad" at yoga. There is nothing to master, nothing to accomplish and no levels. The only thing to master is your breath, your mind and any feelings you may have about not being flexible enough, or slim enough or strong enough. Yoga is a practice, you are at wherever you're at. Flexibility may or may not come in time but it's not the goal of yoga. Self acceptance is 🙏💚

And then there is this one!! Always feels good and a pose I feel I can surrender into. I have to say I miss the transition I use to do to a tripod headstand from here...but those days are in the past. I will never risk the chance of injuring my neck that had to be fused in Dec that I have been healing from. So in the moments I do miss them I smile and am grateful I was able to do it for almost 35 years of my life.

So in our last day I would love being more patient 🙏 it's really Hard for me! I admit it!🙋 so I will start practicing being patient With People who usually makes me angry...because I believe all of us has our reasons, because I'm learning to not take it personal, because I believe I can do it and there is a better me growing 💜
And I decided to compile all my wishing list this last day to have it present and to remind me all the things I'd love to do: 💞

3. Start my life in a New place in the mountains
