All my north east friends, how amazing is the weather right now?
I am soaking in all of all the goodness as the leaves begin to turn and trying to keep my balance while I figure out what’s next 🤔
The new moon came this week on Oct. 19, and when a new moon falls, it’s always good to make some adjustments to our list of what we want to personally achieve.
New moons are about #goals . Whether you want to eat healthier, clean your closet, volunteer some time, or begin a new hobby—the goals are yours to set. You can dream big and reach for the stars, or you can choose to integrate something as simple as taking a deep breath when you feel yourself getting frustrated—life is full of choices!
No matter what though, the theme of this new moon is going to be around the theme of partnership with both yourself and outside world.
For me this means taking time out of my busy schedule to make sure that I’m really taking care of myself in mind body and spirit ✌🏻
I’m also thinking about doing my 300 hour YTT at @sonicyoga (!) But for now I am looking forward to escaping into the woods a bit this weekend 🌲 🍂
How are you going to spend this beautiful day?
Light flows through me.
Light flows around me.
I give light to others and in doing so,
my own expands.
I see and love the light in everyone around me.
We are made of light.
We return to the light.
May we live and love with lightness in our hearts.
It is a never-ending well.

Today’s pose is a headstand so I decided on a simple tripod with straight legs😁#AwakenYourAutumnAsana
Day 🖐☝️ of #YogisChooseAll is favorite inversion. Mine would have to be handstand at the moment because I've been working on catching airtime 🤸♀️
🌱Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) gives you a sense of grounding. It improves your balance and strengthens your legs and back. It replicates the steady stance of a tree.
🌱Place your right foot high up on your left thigh. The sole of the foot should be flat and placed firmly. Keep your left leg straight and find your balance. While inhaling, raise your arms over your head and bring your palms together. Ensure that your spine is straight and take a few deep breaths.
🌱Slowly exhale, bring your hands down and release your right leg. Back in the standing position repeat the same with the other leg.

Let the trees show you how beautiful it is when you let go of things. My first autumn since 2012, and wow, it's so incredible! What leaves will your tree be getting rid of this season? #autumncolors#fallfoliage#lettinggo
Today, I choose peace. 🙏🏻
Day 4 of #Splits12 is Extended one leg in side plank or #Vasistasana . Completely unaware that I could do this. Those little yoga surprises. ☺️
