Ok, game plan is to separate the whey from the yogurt. I should probably be using cheese cloth, but I wanted to see if the coffee filter would work. 
When it is separated the whey will be used for lacto fermenting and the yogurt will be cream cheese.

Trying to replace candy bars with yogurt just isn't the same but at least it's sweet and smooth. I hate that everything healthy is crunchy unlike chocolate lol. I feel like no one craves chocolate like I do. It's awful. And it's always been this way. 🍫 CANASTITAS DE CHOCOLATE 🍌
👉🏻 Necesitan:
➡️ 50 gr de avena tradicional/instantánea.
➡️ 1 banana madura.
➡️ 2 ctdas. de cacao en polvo (yo use @chocolatesfenix_distribuidora) ➡️ 1 ctda. de esencia/extracto de vainilla.
➡️ 1/2 ctda. de endulzante líquido/2 sobres de endulzante ➡️ Yogur a elección o lo que gusten para el relleno.
➡️ Frutas en trozos a elección o lo que gusten para el topping.
👉🏻 Procedimiento:
➡️ Pisar la banana en un bowl, agregar la avena, el cacao, la esencia/extracto de vainilla, el endulzante e integrar.
➡️ Llevar la preparación a moldes para muffins de siliciona o a moldes previamente engrasados y usar las manos para darle forma de canastitas.
➡️ Hornear por 15 min.
➡️ Retirar, rellenar y decorar.
❗️ Rinde 6 unidades.

Yoğurdu çok sevdi Ediz 😄 Ee 5.ayımızı da doldurduk 😊 büyüyoruz yeni tatlar keşfediyoruz ve çok eğleniyoruz. Yoğurdu yaklaşık 100 cc süte bir tatlı kaşığı (metal değil bambu kullanıyorum) yoğurt mayası ekliyorum. 45 dereceye ısıttığım günlük sütten cam bir kaba çok az alıp mayayla karıştırıyorum daha sonra kavanoza döktüğüm sütün içine ekleyip çok yavaş iki üç kere karıştırıyorum.  Kapakla kavanoz arasına mayalanma sırasındaki nemi çekebilmesi için kağıt havlu koyuyorum. Ve kapağını tam olarak kapatmadan güzelce sarıyorum. 5-6 saat sonra açıp buzdolabına koyuyorum. Ediz de afiyetler yiyor 😊

Sugestão para uso do iogurte no dia a dia:

Coloquei chia misturada com uma quantidade maior de iogurte no fundo e misturei para que a mesma se hidratasse. Coloquei amoras por cima e cobri com mais iogurte. Para a foto finalizei cim grãos de chia e folhinhas de hortelã. Deixei na geladeira por 1h e pronto.

A realidade, na hora de comer, foi que rasguei mais folhas de hortelã e piquei uns pedaços de mamão e coloquei mais iogurte. Virou super lanche da tarde.

Ah! E para quem quis saber qual o fermento lácteo que usei, foi esse da foto, o biorich.

کلسیم برای افرادی که دارای تراکم استخوانی پایین بوده و همچنین بیماران مبتلا به پوکی استخوان مفید می‌باشد. مصرف کلسیم و ویتامین D از پوکی استخوان جلوگیری می‌کند.
کلسیم در تمامی سنین در حجم و استحکام استخوان نقش اساسی دارد و ویتامین دی جذب کلسیم را بالا می‌برد
ممکن است فردی دچار پوکی استخوان باشد، بدون آن که از بیماری خود اطلاع داشته باشد. به همین سبب است که پوکی استخوان ”بیماری خاموش“نامیده میشود. سنجش تراکم مواد معدنی استخوان یا همان BMD که به عنوان تست تراکم استخوان شناخته می شود نشان می دهد که استخوان ها چقدر قوی یا چقدر آسیب پذیر هستند. در مراحل اولیه‏ی بروز پوکی استخوان، علائم آن به ندرت ظاهر می‏شود، که این ظاهر نشدن علائم تشخیص بیماری را دشوار می‌کند.
جلوگیری از پوکی استخوان  امکان‌پذیر و قابل پیشگیری و درمان است؛ از این رو پیشگیری،تشخیص زود هنگام و درمان موثر پوکی استخوان از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار می باشد. برای جلوگیری از پوکی استخوان، دریافت کلسیم و ویتامین دی کافی، عدم استعمال دخانیات و داشتن فعالیت فیزیکی مداوم و متعادل
(مثلاً حداقل ۳۰ دقیقه پیاده‏روی روزانه)
بسیار مفید می‌باشد.

maple syrup & a generous amount of sesame seeds. The rich sauce keeps the fish from going dry and adds it flavour. Goes well with roasted Brussel sprouts, parsnip & walnuts with chilli flakes & a drizzle of maple syrup. 
鮭の味噌・胡麻・ヨーグルト焼き。味噌マヨ焼きのマヨを、ヨーグルト+タヒニ+酢少々に代え、胡麻たっぷりと砂糖代わりのメープルシロップを投入。ソースで鮭をしっかり覆いオープンで外こんがり中しっとりに。付け合わせは芽キャベツとパースニップとくるみのロースト。塩胡椒チリ味にメープルシロップを少し垂らして。

SKOŘICOVÝ CHEESCAKE

INGREDIENCE:
Korpus:
📌180 g ovesných vloček
📌100 g namletých oříšků (mandle)
📌 4 lžíce kokosového oleje
📌4 lžíce medu
Náplň:
📌2 nízkotučné tvarohy
📌150 g bílého jogurtu
📌3 vejce
📌skořice
📌med - dle chuti

Nejdříve si ve vodní lázni rozpustíme kokosový olej s medem, přidáme vločky, mandle promícháme a propracujeme rukama, až vznikne lepivá hmota. Těsto pak vtlačíme na dno formy i do okrajů.
Pak si připravíme tvarohovou náplň, smícháním ingrediencí - pokud se vytvoří hrudky, vyšlehejte. Náplň pak navrstvíme na korpus. Dáme do vyhřáté trouby na cca 160°C 30-45 minut.
