Start your day with a whole grain breakfast, such as oatmeal or granola as it is incredibly nutritious! Rich in antioxidants and very filling, it might help you lose weight and/or simply keep you away from snacks until lunchtime!👌
My personal touch? Add lactose-free milk (almond, coconut milk...) or Greek yogurt and throw in some fresh berries 🍓🍓 Delicious!

BAKLAVA AND TURKISH DELIGHT HAVE RUNIED ME!!😂 So 10 days in Turkey all inclusive could have resulted in traumatic results! But I made healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner choices with out feeing like I was missing out ( the food was amazing!) and I even took time out for some lengths in the pool, a workout in the gym and a few hill runs! I know some will think I am mad but to be fair this makes me happier than sitting still!! All inclusive alcohol... Yes I had a couple of G&T's and some wine but I drank water by the bucket load and chose not to drink alcohol every day as I didn't feel the need to!
BUT..... After dinner every night I was presented with endless assortments of the most amazing sweet treats that tasted out of this world! To say I sampled a few would be an understatement! My Baklava and Turkish delight consumption made up for my reduced alcohol and healthy meal options!
So as its Monday morning I will be hitting the re-start button and going cold turkey this week! No Baklava.... No turkish delight and back to my amazing Breakfast smoothies to help me shift the extra body fat I brought home which is making me feel a bit 'fluffy'! Times like these make me feel forever grateful for having Herbalife Nutrition! 💚
