Throwback to only a couple of weeks ago when we were in one of the most beautiful places in the world.... 🌺 When reality was beach, sun, & beauty. 🌴 When the food was fresh & delicious everywhere we went. 🌺 When there was no doing the dishes or laundry. 🌴 When there was no work, no “to do” lists, no doctor’s appointments, no schedule to follow. 🌺 When out of this world, AMAZING, shave ice was on every corner. 🌴 When quality time together was all that was really on the agenda.
Sleep in. Wake up and get stuff done from my phone. 💪📲 Babysit friend's kids while setting up coffee dates with 4 ladies in my city who are sick and tired of never seeing their kids an driving pay check to paycheck. 💅💕🙌Filled up my car with gas paid for by Itworks. Drove across town in my car that is paid for by itworks. 🚗now I'm hanging out with friends, not worrying about getting up early to work tomorrow. .

Psst, your wild thing doesn't have to be a huge thing. Some of our most precious "good works" are in the mundane, the hidden, and the seemingly small. If we focus is on loving people right where they are, the impact is often far greater than we'll ever know. So be bold and do the small things -- do these wild things in name of audacious love.
That's pretty cool 👍👍👍 Almost 1/3 of the way done with my end of the year program. I've subbed in some extra workouts at school, and tried to be more intentional about my food choices.
Slow but steady. I'm excited to see where I'm at after another month!
Peep 👀 this meal prep for tomorrow’s snacks and lunch... laziest thing I’ve done in a while 🤣
1. The eggs I pre-made with veggies will be AM snack with a cup of 🍍
2. Lunch is literally 4oz nitrate free turkey, some mini cucumbers and a slice of sprouted whole grain bread that I’ll probably toast that I just threw in a container 😆
3. Apple for the afternoon, my grab and go fruit I can eat while driving
Why am I sharing this? Because eating healthy does NOT have to be complicated! Sure, some days I am feeling like cooking and trying new recipes, but way too often we over complicate things when it can be as easy as throwing a few things together. Will this be the most delicious lunch ever? Definitely not, but will it keep me on track and make me feel fine with having a nice dinner out tomorrow.. absolutely!
