Crazily sinfully bursting out all that awesomeness - this pork belly stew is certainly a calorie-point-of-no-return. The jelly-like layer of fats is an irresistible yet original sin on its own served over our dining table；whilst the rich flavour which is the essence of the stew seductively tickles every inch of your palate - I must say - this will need some hours of exercise to burn down - but it’s worth every bite of it!

Jojo wants a bite! Today’s bowl has got a good variety of colors, along with broccoli sprouts for that sulphoraphane boost (think super antioxidant, and protector from neurogenerative diseases💪🏼)! Roasted purple sweet potatoes, zucchini, broccoli sprouts, tomato, poached egg, on top of butter lettuce and greens tossed in @primalkitchenfoods Greek dressing! The next time you need a fancy drink for a party or just because, this strawberry ginger punch is your answer! It's made with @zevia (#ad ) ginger beer which is naturally sweetened with stevia plus a homemade strawberry sorbet and topped with cranberry juice 👌
3 cups Zevia Ginger Beer
3 cups cranberry juice, unsweetened
10-12 scoops of strawberry sorbet
Add sorbet to punch bowl, top with @zevia Ginger Beer and cranberry juice & serve! So easy and delicious.
I got a molcajete for Christmas. I have been wanting one for years so I'm super excited! I'm a firm believer that is you want to make amazing gaucamole a molcajete is a must.
Start with 2 medium or a couple small cloves of garlic, about a tsp kosher salt, a jalapeno and the juice of one lime. Now grind it all together until you have a paste and your arm is tired. This is what makes gauc in a molcajete so much better. .
Next add your chopped onion, cilantro, and tomato. Smash these up just a little. Add 2 chopped avocados and smash. Add extra lime or salt to taste and you're all set. .
