The concept of eating alone always made me conscious as I would often wonder what other people may think so I simply did not do it but have you ever ordered a coffee and just read a book in a coffee shop - I’m not sure whether it’s the smell of the coffee beans but it has to be the best experience ever, you’re so lost in your book that you actually don’t care as to what others may think and that’s when you realise, does it matter? Being alone can sometimes be spiritually scintillating - a reminder that we respectively go to our own graves, whilst the state is not a normal one and solitary confinement is quite dangerous - spending time with yourself occasionally is the best way to fall in love with yourself, so go out, date yourself - because without loving yourself how can you love others?

I want everyone to remember to love themselves today.
The one thing I struggle with on a daily basis and have been struggling with since I was about 14, is loving and accepting myself. To live a happy and healthy lifestyle, you must love and cherish your soul, body, and mind.
Everyone needs to stop striving for perfection and realize that they are perfect in their own different ways.
So today, look in the mirror, and tell yourself just how much you love and appreciate you.
