Every Sunday when all heck (I try to watch my language on here 😉) breaks loose in the kitchen, I always think to myself, I wish I would have started prepping when everyone was asleep. BOOM💥 Everyone is sleeping.

Oh gosh everyone... 😳 I mean, who ISN’T. Seriously, who isn’t? Maybe famous people with a chef.🤔 When will your “BUT...” stop? When will you START? “I wanna lose 20 pounds BUT...” “I want to have more energy BUT...” “I want to fit into the clothes in my closet BUT...” “I want to be intimate with my spouse BUT...” .
Come on. You’ve got this. Make it priority. That’s all. Wake up early. Stay up late. Do it while your kids are napping. Ask for your spouses help. Saturday Morning getting it done ✅ pushing myself with heavier weights , felt so dam good . One week left of this program and I’m loving it!
