So recently I've been eating a lot of homemade parfaits in the morning. I'm supposed to be eating healthier. I don't know if this is exactly what they classify as healthy, but it's a great start to my morning. Lets cook it: 🍳
1️⃣ 150 g Chorizo od. würzige Salami würfeln.
2️⃣ Chorizo in einer Pfanne anbraten.
3️⃣ 200 ml Dosentomaten (gehackt) dazu geben und aufkochen lassen.
4️⃣ 4 Eier hineinschlagen.
5️⃣ 150 g Ricotta auf der Masse verteilen.
5️⃣ Abgedeckt köcheln lassen, bis das Ei durch ist.
6️⃣ Mit gekochtem Reis, Chili und Koriander servieren.
✌️Menge für 2 Personen.

Strawberry Nicecream Parfait With Warm Blueberry Sauce.
Parfaits are like my favorite thing ever, but you probably noticed that from my blog already.🙈 I love experimenting with different foods and ways of layering them. Whatever combination you make it probably looks great! 💙Putting this blueberry sauce through the layers added such a different texture to the Nicecream which I absolutely loved!

If anyone asks for my favourite home-cooked meal, chances are high I’m going to tell you it’s these stuffed sweet potatoes. I’ve made them for plenty of my friends already and they all seemed to highly approve (shoot if otherwise! 😅) . They’re soooo yummy, filled with black beans, spinach, feta, onions and garlic & many spices such as cumin, paprika & chili. Perfect for these freezing winter days ❄️😬

I have made it with the Swedish lovely cloud berry. First it’s a vanilla chia pudding made with kinda soft texture. And then I steer down the berries before I plate it. Some layer of cacao nibs and topped with strawberry’s ❤️
The small green decoration is actually pea sprouts to get that alive feeling😍👌🏻
