This is so creamy and yummy, topped with berries compote. Recipe: bring 1 can coconut milk and 100g mango puree to a simmer, strain and add 1 packet of agar agar (3g). Whisk well and pour into cups. Place in the fridge to harden. Mix 1/2cup frozen berries and 1/4 cup in a sauce pan and bring to a steady simmer. Mix in a blender with 3tbsp mapple syrup. Top your mango pudding with the berries and place in the fridge until ready to eat 😄

Place the peach filling in an 8x8 baking dish, sprinkle the crumble on top. And bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes out of the oven so the juices can thicken.

I'm so sorry for the lack of posts, but currently I have no time to cook, preparing my food nicely. Honestly I'm also not in the mood to do that. 
The combination of 6 exams in 2 weeks and intensive search for a flat for me stress me a lot. Luckily I see a little light at the end of the dark tunnel, which gives me some hope that this problem will be solved soon. I hope I can spread some positive vibes soon again❤️

The easiest quickest apple pie I ever made 😂 I simply used @jus_rol ready rolled short crust pastry and about 6 Braeburn apples that were starting to shrivel up so what better way to make sure they don't go to waste but to peel, core and chop them up, mix them with brown sugar, cinnamon and a bit of cornflour for a delicious quick pie filling. It's my first pie of the season 😄just a quick update regarding my grape island experience from yesterday: it was a good experience, I managed to get through the day quite well, but for now I decided to stop after one day because I'm not used to it. I didn't feel any particular side effects as such other than maybe a tiny little bit of light headedness but that's to be expected when doing a detox. I think to get the full benefit I may need to try it again for longer than 1 day. I'm not sure when that will be but I will of course share the experience with you when I decide to do it again. 🤗today I have a long and busy day ahead of me... so please amuse me with your comments below: what's your favourite pie filling?

Gibt es etwas, dass Dich in Deinem Leben stört? Du möchtest etwas unbedingt ändern/loswerden, steckst Deine ganze Energie in den Kampf gegen diese eine Sache und doch wird es nicht besser? Vielleicht sogar im Gegenteil? Versuch es mal mit einer anderen Herangehensweise: akzeptiere alles was ist, so wie es ist. Das heißt nicht, dass Du es gutheißen oder resignieren sollst, aber dass Du in liebevoller Art und Weise versuchst, die Situation zu ändern. Mit einem positiven mindset, statt mit Kampf und Krampf.

Rezept für den Porridge:
1.	Eine Pflaume und einen kleinen Apfel (ich habe je drei Viertel genommen und ein Viertel zwischendurch schon so verputzt :-D) fein würfeln. In eine Auflaufform geben, mit 2 bi 3 EL frisch gepresstem Orangensaft übergießen, Zimt dazu, alles vermischen und bei 175 Grad (Umluft) 30 Minuten in den Ofen. 
2.	In einem kleinen Topf etwas Kokosöl erhitzen. Zimtstange, Sternanis, Samen von 2 bis 3 Kardamomkapseln sowie zwei Nelken darin anschwitzen. 
3.	Wenn alles schön nach den Gewürzen duftet, Messerspitze Vanille und etwas Muskat dazugeben, nach ein paar Sekunden 50g Haferflocken hinzugeben und mit 150ml Mandelmilch und 50ml frisch gepresstem Orangensaft ablöschen. 
4.	Alles aufkochen lassen, Hitze ausschalten, in bis zwei Minuten köcheln lassen und danach bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz ausquellen lassen.
5.	Währenddessen ein paar Mandeln grob hacken und diese zusammen mit ein wenig Kokosblütenzucker über das Obst streuen und die letzten fünf Minuten mitbacken. 
6.	Ein wenig Joghurt nach Wahl in eine Schüssel geben, Gewürzporridge und Obst drauf verteilen, genießen!

La receta es de @elavegan que tiene unas recetas deliciosas, para los que quieran intentarlas.

Para los brownies, necesitan:

Ingredientes secos:
• 3/4 taza de azúcar de coco 🌴 (si no tienen, aunque no es ideal, pueden usar azúcar morena)
• 1/2 taza + 1 cda de cocoa en polvo
• 1/4 taza de harina de coco
• 2 cdas de linaza molida o semillas de chia
• 1 1/2 cdita de polvo de hornear
• 1/2 cdita de bicarbonato

Ingredientes húmedos: • 2 latas de 15 oz de arvejas tiernas (500 gramos sin agua)
• 1/3 taza de miel de maple o agave
• 1/4 taza de leche de coco (de la de lata)
• 2 cdas de aceite de coco (derretido)
• 2 cditas de vainilla

Para la crema de chocolate: • 7 cdas de cocoa en polvo
• 1/4 de taza de miel de maple o agave
• 2 cdas de aceite de coco
• 1 cdita de vainilla
• 1 pizca de sal

Instrucciones:
1️⃣ Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos hasta que no haya grumos.
2️⃣ En el procesador mezcla todos los ingredientes húmedos.
3️⃣ Agregalos a los ingredientes secos y revuelve hasta que se mezclen bien. Si la mezcla está muy seca agrega un poco de leche vegetal, si la mezcla está muy líquida agrega una cda de harina de coco.
4️⃣ Pon papel parafinado en tu molde o engrásalo con un poco de aceite de coco.
5️⃣ Vierte la mezcla en el molde, y hornea a 200 grados por aprox. 50 min. Puede demorarse más dependiendo de tu horno.
6️⃣ Cuando hayan pasado 40 min mete un palillo o cuchillo a los brownies, si sale limpio o casi limpio, puedes sacarlos. No sobre hornees los brownies.
7️⃣ para hacer la crema de chocolate mezcla muy bien todos los ingredientes. Ponla sobre los brownies una vez estén fríos y disfruta!

Vegan food is also very creative- it alows us to have a lot of experiments in the kitchen and all taste fantastic. Especially when the ingredients are fresh. The smoothie contains:
1 banana
1 apple
handful of spinach
a few leaves parsley

3 frozen bananas ( slightly thawed )
1/3 cup almonds
2 heaped tbsp cocoa 
1 cup almond milk
5 pitted dates
Blend until smooth and topped with fruits, fries flowers, puffed teff, almonds and desiccated coconut

Ingredientes:
• 1 taza de harina integral
• 1 taza de harina de avena
• 1/2 cdita de polvo de hornear
• 1/4 cdita de bicarbonato
• 1/2 cdita de sal
• 1 taza de miel de agave o maple
• 1/2 taza de aceite de coco
• 6 cdas de agua al clima
• 1/3 taza de mantequilla de almendras o maní
• 2 cditas vainillas
• 1 1/4 taza chips de chocolate oscuro

Preparación:
• Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos hasta que no haya grumos.
• Mezcla bien los ingredientes húmedos y luego incorpóralos a los secos.
• Revuelve con una espátula, cuando estén incorporados, echa los chips de chocolate y revuelve de nuevo.
• Deja reposar la masa por 1 hora
• Pon la masa que desees, dependiendo del tamaño que quieras para las galletas, sobre una bandeja con papel parafinado
• Llévalas al horno a 180 por 30 min - Esto depende mucho del horno, así que revísalas constantemente para que no se te vayan a quemar.

No se si lo han notado, pero soy adicta al dulce 🍬, por eso me encantan los pancakes para desayunar.
Igual que los otros desayunos, lo único que hay que hacer es cambiar los topping y tienes un desayuno completamente nuevo.

Hoy se me desbarataron, se me quemaron 😂 mejor dicho, pero al final este fue el resultado y estaban deliciosos así que el resto no importa

Para estos pancakes usé
.
- 1/3 taza de harina de coco
- 1/3 taza de harina de avena
- 1 cdita Canela
- 1/2 cdita de polvo de hornear
- 1 cda de linaza molida en 3 cdas de agua
- 1 🍌 banano
- 2/3 taza de leche de 🌴coco
- 1 cda de miel de agave
- 2 cditas de aceite de coco

Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea. Poner un poco de masa en un sartén anti adherente, está mezcla es un poco más espesa que la normal, así que se pueden ayudar con una cuchara para darles forma, cuando empiece a verse seca la masa, voltear con cuidado, dejar que se cocine el otro lado y servir con los toppings que quieran

For this recipe I used

- 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds with 3 tbsp of water
- 1 🍌 banana
- 2/3 cup 🌴coconut milk
- 1 tbsp agave - 2 tsp coconut oil

Mix all ingredients until you get an even mix. Put some of it in an anti adherent pan, this mix is a little thicker than the regular so help yourself with a 🥄 to shape them, when you see that it's getting dry, turn them over carefully, let the other side cook and serve with any toppings you want.

Getoppt habe ich ihn mit heißen Himbeeren, einer Feige und ein paar Mandeln 😍💕 Habt einen wundervollen Tag! 🍀💚

I whipped up these super thick pancakes (recipe below), served them with butter and maple syrup. Can you say "yum"? 😄

Pancakes: 1 cup all pyrposee flour, 1tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp kids vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of milk, 1tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk everything together and let sit while the griddle warms up. Cook  as usual (pour in a waffle iron for the waffle version 😉)

Extra thick #pancakes  👌 . 🌱 . Yesterday my oldest son woke up and asked for pancakes for breakfast. Well, "ask and you shall receive" they say 😉 I whipped up these super thick pancakes (recipe below), served them with butter and maple syrup. Can you say "yum"? 😄 . 🌱 . Pancakes: 1 cup all pyrposee flour, 1tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp kids vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of milk, 1tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk everything together and let sit while the griddle warms up. Cook as usual (pour in a waffle iron for the waffle version 😉) . 🌱 . Estas bolitas son demasiado ricas, perfectas para un antojo de dulce 🍬 sin culpas

Preparación: 8 porciones
• 1/3 taza de mantequilla de coco
• 1/2 taza de coco 🌴rallado, sin azúcar
• 2 cdas de miel de agave - Mezcla la mantequilla de coco y la miel 🍯.
- Luego agrega el coco rallado y revuelve bien con una cuchara.
- Pon la mezcla en la nevera por 3-5 min para que este más firme.
- Separa las porciones con una cuchara y forma bolitas.

Una idea 💡 interesante es poner una almendra dentro de cada bolita, será una sorpresa deliciosa
