It's better to be respected for who you truly are, over something or someone you're truly not. A charlatan will always be a charlatan as long as he values money over enriching the lives over others. Still to this day we respect the phony over the real a majority of the time. But one thing that cannot be taken away is the sincerity and love given whether seen or not. It can always be felt because it is genuine. Always be real with yourself and others in time your mask will start to weather away. Make sure it's really you underneath it.

Anyone who knows me well knows that I have an intense relationship with food.
I have been vegan for almost 5 years now and I absolutely love it! I have more energy than I ever could have ever imagined, my mood is better, my skin Is clear and I’m physically stronger.
Since going full time with Boelle I have always had a fear of becoming unwell and therefore being unable to deliver and work to the best of my ability. Health and well-being has become so important to me to allow myself to support myself, my business and also the environment 🌍
I have completely cut out meat, dairy and chemicals from my diet and 6 days a week I don’t eat sugar or gluten. When I drink alcohol it’s organic and I don’t go near E numbers or unsustainable palm oil.
Some may argue the way I live my life Is obsessive and excessive but I know what works for my mind and body.
Up until 5 years ago I was crash dieting and obsessively exercising leading to me being pretty unwell.
Now on a high protein, plant based diet I exercise 6 times a week, eat 3-4 meals a day and have the mental and physical energy to run my busy wedding business. Being scared of not being well and fit enough to run my business has actually taught me how important self care Is. Eat clean people.... it’s great! 🌱🌶🥗🍆🍌🍋🌽🥜🥑🍉
