Take a club of non-climbers + most of the pinchy bergs around Geelong = scenes like this.
Got the win. It hurt. Climbed with all the grace of an elephant on ice skates.
So, I've been away from IG for a while due to varying reasons, but truth is I'm inspired by a lot of what/who I follow here. If I can inspire one person to be a better version of themselves, then I'm doing something worthwhile. Don't forget to smile, wave, complement, or whatever it takes to make people feel good about themselves and encourage them in whatever place they're in. Leave each situation/person better than you found it/them.
I try to be a better version of myself daily. That doesn't mean I'm better than anyone else, but only better than the guy I was yesterday. If people mistake your motive, smile and move on. Life is too short and precious to waste. Do what motivates you.
This is me attempting my first set of intervals on the bike this week (a better, more disciplined version of the guy I was the day prior). Go challenge yourself.
