The Parmigiano Series: Gnocchi
The word gnocchi may be derived from the Italian word nocchio, meaning a knot in wood, or from nocca (meaning knuckle). I have seen Gordon Ramsay make gnocchi on TV a lot of times before my shoot for @parmigiano_ph but it was my first time to have a taste of gnocchi when they served this dish. It was heaven. Of all the dishes I took photos of and sampled that day, their gnocchi has got to be my most favorite.

🍝🍷 If I have one guilty pleasure, it would be food. Pizza and pasta has always been a comfort food. In love? I eat! Broken hearted? I binge on food! Stressed out? I binge on comfort food. One would think I don't eat much given my thin frame but when it comes to my favorite food, I eat a lot. Thus, when Parmigiano asked me to take photos for their menu, I could not say no. Put two of my passion together (photography and food) and you've got me.
Sometimes we can get tired of brands but we’ll always love pizza! When you get tired of Pizza Hut, Shakeys or Yellow Cab, you can try Motorino! It has a refreshing take on this favorite. This pizza was not salty, but still flavorful. The bread was chewy and baked perfectly.
This box came with 8 big slices. We thought we couldn’t finish a slice, so we cut each slice in half. In the end we just ate two halves 😂

The company was known for being one of the leading companies in the food industry and has been deep frying fries for about 25 years. As time passes, they have completely made potatoes in different ways. Baked, deep-fried, hashed, twisted, and even a different kind of potato, their new sweet potato. Aside from the 3 original and best-tasting flavors of their fries: cheese, barbecue, and sour cream, @potatocornerph has added more flavors to their menu such as wasabi, garlic parmesan, pizza supreme, chili barbecue, and many more.
