|| ZOODLE STIR-FRY || super simple dinner from earlier this week. It’s in my cookbook along with tons of other easy, low-prep meals. This takes about 15 mins to prepare! To make it even easier I use frozen peas and carrots and canned chicken. It’s literally a dump-in-the-pan recipe and one of my faves. 👌🏻 If you have never made zoodles before, jump on board! They are super versatile and it’s an awesome way to get the veggies in.
Pizza inspired zoodles
This is my new go-to-meal for whenever I'm craving pizza or pasta, or both.
It's got some zoodles which i very quickly stir fried in garlic butter. I topped that with some sugar free pizza sauce, cheddar and feta cheeses and grilled in the oven for about 8minutes ☺

This was dinner + it was fucking 👌. Made @leefromamerica’s Butternut Squash Cashew Sauce for some zuc noodles and topped it with hemp hearts + bacon + tomatoes. Oh ya baby it was lit AF! That will be a keeper for sure. xo
🌱💚 Day 27: My box came today with an abundance of awesome veggies. Made this zoodle and veg dish with a cauliflower and cashew alfredo. So good!! 😋
I wish more people realized how good you can eat on a no oil, plant based diet. #powerofplants
