So....our video efforts were not successful today! We tried! It’s a fun workout nonetheless! Here is your at home holiday workout:
✨warm up: 30 seconds burpees or squats
✨ grab cans or jars (for weights) ✨ holding jars: squat shoulder press 15 reps ✨ bicep curls 15 reps
✨ tricep kick backs 15 reps
✨ rows 15 reps
✨ alternate lunges 30 reps
Repeat 5 times starting with burpees!

We might need to stay indoors but we can still sweat! ✨grab a timer, 30 second drills, 6 exercises, 5 rounds- 15 minute workout! ✨high knees ✨squats✨jumping jacks ✨push ups ✨ dips (use a chair, coffee table) ✨ squat hold together (so fun!) or the wall if you’re alone!
