With College and Focusing on getting My PT Up & Running atm iv no Plans to Compete this early in the Year,if I do I’ll be looking at Towards the End of the Year around Oct! NABBA is a Possibility!.... Im Verly ok with where I’m at atm apart from wanting too be a little Leaner which il be working on over the next few Weeks,so I’m not looking to do a “Bulk”.. There’s obviously areas I want to improve on but not enough to go all out with Food! I’m just gonna keep Training & Eating with consistency! Summers coming too and iv a Couple of Holidays Planned which if I’m Honest I’d much rather be Lean for! Cleaning up My Diet and staying consistent with My Cardio is the Plan for the next couple of Weeks! 😊 #throwbackthursday

Nahhhh 🤨Straight home to Bed after Work for a Power Nap & back down to Hit Glutes! I was gonna Train straight after Work & just get it out of the way but I’m Exhausted & I know I’ll get more from My Session after a Rest! Gotta listen to the Body!... 💯

10 Sets with 2 Min Rest between each Set!
I’ll be honest and say I only got to set 8 🤮
This is a Killer but so good for Calorie Burning! 😰 Followed this with 20mins LISS on the Stair Master!

Been vearly Quiet with Social Media the last couple of days,sometimes ya just need a break,aswel as my whole routine being messed up over Christmas & New Year,resulting in a huge lack of Gym and huge intake of Crap 🤣 Lots Planned for 2018,College starts on 10th of this Month for 6 Weeks and then finally I’ll be a Fully Qualified PT & can start doing what I Love to do and I’m soooooo Excited!..
Slowly Finding the Motivation for My Sessions again and DOMS from Yesterday’s session are Rough considering it had been a Week & a Half since I PROPERLY Trained!! My Body is Hurting like a Newbie 🙈 Today I’m hitting Back & Tri’s 💪🏾
