I love meal prepping for breakfast! This week I tried eggs in a muffin pan. They each had different mix of veggies and meat so none were the same. 6 eggs and a  half cup of egg whites! -

Went rock climbing for my workout yesterday. No amount of lifting in the gym prepared me for this πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ my arms were noodles!! πŸ’ͺ🏼

Here is one way I keep the linear leg press interesting: do a couple reps at a quick but controlled tempo and A smaller range of motion then go to a bigger range of motion with a slightly slower tempo still controlled with no hold. Then, go to super slow controlled reps with a 2-3 sec hold. Not shown here I do an isometric hold at the bottom to failure as my last rep of the set then push back up. -

Notice I keep my knees soft, butt tucked under, and spine stable. I often see people using their necks/spines/cores to get the weights up. This is incorrect form! Why is the top picture better form?? By turning your palm up you are putting the arms in an anatomically correct position which brings the shoulder back. This is good for preventing and fixing forward rounded shoulders. Note: the bottom is not incorrect, top is just better 😁 also- don't mind my legs, the angle of the camera makes them look misaligned πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
