1 yk akcaagac surubu (vegan degilseniz bal da olur)
1/2 cup karabugday unu
1 tk kabartma tozu
1/2 tk tarcin
1/2 tk maca tozu (opsiyonel)
1/3 cup ufalanmis ceviz

Firini 180 dereceye ayarlayin. Keten tohumu ve suyu ufak bir kapta karistirip 5 dakika bekletin (bunu yumurta yerine kullanacagiz). Muzlari catalla ezip keten tohumu karisimini ve akcaagac surubunu ekleyin. Ayri bir kapta ceviz disindaki tum diger malzemeleri karistirip muzlu karisima ekleyin. En son cevizleri de ekleyip pisirme kagidi serdiginiz baton kek kalibina dokun. 30 dakika pisirin. Tam olarak pismesi sart degil ama ici cok islak da olmasin. Biraz soguyunca keki cikarip ters cevirin, ince dilimlere ayirin. Dilimleri tepsiye dizip her iki yuzunu de 10ar dakika daha pisirin (ya da kitir bir kivam alincaya kadar). Agzi kapali kapta disarida birkac gun saklayabilirsiniz. Afiyet olsun!

(turkce tarif asagida) good morning! today's breakfast is grain-free and dairy-free savory waffles with zucchini and dill. for 3-4 small waffles (yes i ate a tiny one before it made it into the photo), mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup shredded zucchini (water squeezed out), 1 heaping tsp plant-based cream cheese (i used almond-chives), 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp almond flour, handful of chopped dill and your choice of seasoning. cook in ~1/4 cup batches in a waffle iron greased with coconut oil. have a nice day 🌿
