(turkcesi asagida) good morning! i’m doing my saturday morning ritual, a.k.a having a big breakfast before going to the farmers’ market to be able to avoid the GF muffin stand 🙈 today’s breakfast is savory kale-buckwheat and @furtherfood collagen pancakes topped with shiitake sauteed with rosemary ghee and thyme + crumbled @applegate turkey bacon. i used the same recipe as the spinach waffles, just subbed spinach with kale and added a bit more almond milk for a thinner, pancake consistency. have a great day!

merhaba! bir cumartesi sabahi klasigi, organik pazar oncesi buyuk bir kahvaltiyla karin (ve goz) doyurmaca! bu sefer ispanakli karabudgay waffle tarifini kale marulu ile yapip, pancake kivamina getirmek icin fazladan biraz badem sutu koydum. uzerinde de kekikli sote mantar ve hindi bacon var 😋 herkese iyi haftasonlari!

(tr asagida) i was chopping squash the other day and got a bit bored of it at some point. then i thought “ha. that remaining part looks a lot like bowl. why not bake an egg in it🤔” so today i used the (already baked) squash to cook the egg in, with salt, pepper and thyme on top. it took surprisingly look but it was ok bc i looked at the snow in the meantime. have a great day ❄️

merhaba! gecen gun firinlamak uzere ufak balkabaklarindan dograrken bir noktada biktim, kalani oylece firinlayip daha sonra kase olarak kullanmaya karar verdim. o yuzden bugunun deneysel kahvaltisi, kabak icinde firinda pismis kekikli yumurta 🙃 yumurtanin pismesi bekledigimden cok daha uzun surdu ( ben de karlara bakip oyalandim). herkese iyi gunler ❄️

(turkce tarif asagida) good morning! yesterday was a wonderful snowy day in new york. the snow is mostly gone - for now - but breakfast is “snowy” chocolate buckwheat pancakes (GF, vegan, added sugar-free). blended 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp @thenewbarn almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1 big medjool date, 1 tbsp cacao, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/4 tsp vanilla. cooked in a bit of coconut oil, topped with blueberries, and let it snow with shredded coconut. have a great sunday 🙋🏻‍♀️

merhaba! dun new york’ta butun gun cok guzel kar yagdi. bugun pek kar kalmadi, o yuzden ben de pancake’lerin uzerine kar yagdirdim 🙃 glutensiz, vegan ve sekersiz kakaolu pancake’lerin tarifi ise soyle: 1/2 cup karabugday unu, 1/2 cup + 1 yk badem sutu, yarim muz, 1 buyuk hurma (sicak suda beklemis), 1 yk kakao, 1/2 tk karbonat, 1/2 tk elma sirkesi (ya da 1 tk kabartma tozu koyup sirke koymayin) ve 1 ck vanilya ozutunu blenderdan gecirip cok az hindistan cevizi yaginda pisirdim. pancake’ler cok tatli degil, biraz daha tatli olmasini isterseniz bir hurma daha ekleyebilir ya da yerken uzerine biraz akcaagac surubu/ agave / bal vs dokebilirsiniz. iyi pazarlar 🙋🏻‍♀️

(tr asagida) hi! the weather is getting colder these days, so i felt like a warm bowl of oats this morning. mixed 1/3 cup oats with 2/3 cup @thenewbarn unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 mashed banana, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp maca and cooked on stovetop. topped with the other half of the banana, dried mulberries, @bigspoonroasters almond butter and cinnamon. happy friday!

merhaba! dun aksami evi susleyip yulafli kurabiye yaparak gecirdim 😊 @sekersizlezzetler ‘in yulafli biskuvi tarifi -her zamanki gibi- muhtesem gorunuyordu, onu deneyeyim dedim. sadece tarifteki kaju yerine 1/4 cup badem unu koyup yag olarak avokado yagi kullandim. bu kurabiyeler hem cok lezzetli, hem de oldukca saglikli. (sabah kosudan donunce iki tane goturdum 🙈) herkese iyi gunler!
