Took the opportunity to take the Amtrak from the OC to Downtown Los Angeles. It was great leaving the car at home, and taking in the city on foot all day. Good Monday! Had a chance to go preview this home in Anaheim after its renovation, and put on the market for sale. Interesting story is that this was an office generated lead going through divorce proceedings. I got a chance to know the wife well, had several meetings with her, and introduced her to an investor who made a verbal offer. Unfortunately, my side was out bid by another Investor. Even though I came in second this time I accomplished all this off an office generated lead! Often times leads such as: divorce, probate, FSBO, and expired listings may generate A LOT of "NO's" , or being told they don't need a realtor, and sometimes that they already listed with another agent, it's still imperative to continue to work these leads because you just never know what can happen!
