Here's a short introduction: Source WebMD - Ganglion Cyst Overview; A ganglion cyst is a (benign) tumor or swelling on top of a joint or the covering of a tendon (tissue that connects muscle to bone). It looks like a sac of liquid (cyst)

Ganglion cysts most commonly occur on the back of the hand at the wrist joint but they can also develop on the palm side of the wrist. When found on the back of the wrist, they become more prominent when the wrist is flexed forward. Other sites, although less common, include these:
The base of the fingers on the palm, where they appear as small pea-sized bumps
The fingertip, just below the cuticle, where they are called mucous cysts
The outside of the knee and ankle
The top of the foot

The cause of ganglion cysts is not known. One theory suggests that trauma causes the tissue of the joint to break down, forming small cysts that then join into a larger, more obvious mass. The most likely theory involves a flaw in the joint capsule or tendon sheath that allows the joint tissue to bulge out.

Kick it up a notch with this hour-long treadmill interval workout that will burn around 500 calories in one session. When I started this journey , I had zero confidence and tipping the scale over 350lbs. I could barely walk the treadmill on the lowest speed and incline. I was so unhealthy and out of shape. Well, I told myself, girl you gotta start somewhere. The treadmill was the easiest mountain to start climbing.

Treadmill Incline Pyramid - I've modified the "Incline Pyramid" to fit my treadmill workout; I walk at a moderate pace (2.0 to 2.4 mph) for 5 minutes. And then I crank up the incline intervals 5.5 to 15. (15 incline is the max on this treadmill). I keep my speed interval between 2.1 to 2.8. to maintain my balance. I'm an old woman, 👵🏽 so I listen to my body and pay close attention to my heart rate. I find a heart rate of 130 -160 works best for me - this will be different for each person. Also important, I keep my rest time rounds as short as possible. For me, the "interval incline" gives me the best workout and maximum calorie burn. That interval incline is a killer workout sequence -  I love it!

This is the last of the batch of #NoBread #NoFiller Meatballs I made and froze back in November. For the sauce, I will be using store bought low carb/sugar Marinara sauce that I have previously portioned out into ziploc bags according to serving size (1/2 Cup). One 24oz jar has 6 servings! ( Not Shown)
