Look what I did this morning! Holy yum. 🤤I was feeling a “breakfast pizza” type of thing & threw this bad boy together. It tasted restaurant quality and still fit into my nutrition plan!💃🏼

You could say I’m prepping for the new program launch💁🏼.. Did an ABC (abs, butt, cardio) workout today and boy did it have me sweating!💦
The moves look easy as a bystander, but try them! They definitely kick your booty 🍑(in a good way)!
One minute of each of my favorite moves from this workout-
▪️In & Out Crunches
▪️Lunge Arabesque (30 sec. each side)

Day 5/21 and I’ve had no cheats or #balance moments! This may not seem like a big deal, but typically thursdays are where I️ fall off and need a little treat or a drink. So I’m going to #clapformydamnself 👏🏼

But the fitness journey is only a small part of the big picture. Today a resistance band kicked my butt. 🙈1) I didn’t know I had those muscles. 2) I didn’t know a light resistance band could pack so much punch🤛🏼

⭐️Try them out ⭐️
-30 seconds alternating pull down followed by 30 seconds at the same time.
-Keep your elbows straight (but not locked) and make sure to focus on pulling the band with your back muscles.
I am definitely dehydrated from all of the sun, alcohol, flying & not being able to drink sink water 🤦🏼♀️
My goal for this week is to drink 100 ounces of water every day. (Which is only five blender bottles worth☝🏼).
Today my 100 ounces went down easily. If you struggle with getting enough H2O💦, use a straw. It helps, I promise 👌🏼
I kicked him in the head 3 times 😂🙈 Everyone says having a puppy is a lot of work.. they’re not lying 🤦🏼♀️ I don’t have time to sit on the couch without him whining for attention let alone workout.
#protip : Schedule your puppy’s feeding/ nap time around your workout. No lie- this is what I do. Dog mommin’ ain’t easy ✌🏼 ✨Try out 30 seconds (each leg) of these one legged squat jumps! You’re booty will thank you✨
A little embarrassed. A little defeated. A little ashamed.
I am shocked at my before pictures. I have many emotions about them, but i know WHY I feel that way.
I THOUGHT living a #fitish lifestyle was okay. I THOUGHT the idea of #balance was cool. I THOUGHT being 100% healthy would be restricting and boring. Fit-ish was working out everyday, but eating pizza and burgers. Having a glass of wine every other night was okay because its balance.
Now i know it was just being lazy. The goals i set weren’t achieved because i didn’t want to put in the effort. Then two vacations happened and balance turned into plain, old unhealthy habits.
It’s hard to share these pictures. For multiple reasons, but mostly because i know i lost what i worked so hard to achieve- the healthy habits.
Starting tomorrow i am committing to a twenty-one day program. No cheats. No balance. No fit-ish. ➡️ Why? Simply because i want to prove to myself that i can live a social life, be happy, and be able to make healthy decisions 100% of the time.
