Working on my leftover consumption to #wasteless . So this is my “repurposed wrap” — whole grain tortilla stuffed with doctored hummus (added black beans from Mexican delivery night and tahini to stretch an almost-gone bit of hummus), roasted butternut squash from dinner last night, avocado (will go bad if I don’t eat it today!) and some aged Gouda (hard cheese is 👍🏻 for my lactose intolerance) HAPPY MONDAY!
