New purchases from #CultBeauty
These are the purchases I made towards my Cult Beauty GWP.
I love this #LeonorGreyl Bambou shampoo - it's so lovely to use and I don't even need conditioner afterwards!
The #LivingProof Nightcap has been a staple for a few years now. I used to purchase it every time I visited the US but luckily for me it's now available in the UK.
I'm almost out of my Japanese squalane so thought I'd try this one from The Ordinary and also thought the #Niod Re:Pigment serum.
I've never tried the #Pureology hair treatment but it's supposed to be good for split ends so thought it could be a good one to try instead of my usual GHD one.
The #Ouai hair oil was also a new item and I've already tried it and am pleasantly surprised. The fragrance is really lovely and natural and goes well with the Leonor Greyl shampoo.
Good wee freebie that was perfectly timed with my desperate need for some good hair care products 😊 .
The GWP was free when you spent £165 at Cult Beauty and contained 16 items, a £15 gift card, zippered canvas pouch and proper black pouch with mirror in lid.
A few items in there I already own/have tried ie. Anastasia brow gel, Sunday Good Genes, Indie toner, Pixi mist, Becca illuminator. I'm most interested in trying the Oskia balm 😘 .
New product - #Chacott for Professionals HD O2 Enriching Base SPF 37 PA+++ .
I purchased this in Japan as it was ranked highly at the @Cosme store so thought it would be a good base to try.
Chacott was originally a ballet brand apparently but they then branched out into stage makeup. Their 'For Professionals' line includes skincare aspects in that they are made to be worn daily and aren't as 'heavy duty' as standard stage makeup.
It's also made for HDTV in that it should provide full cover and a natural finish even close up.
I found this base very creamy and moisturising when I tried it in store so I'll be interested to see how it works under foundation.
It cost ¥1600 (about £11) for a 42g tube.
New purchase - #ISEHAN - Kiss Me Heroine Make Speedy Mascara Remover
Purchased this in Japan as I had read so many positive reviews.
I haven't tried it yet but it's supposed to be extremely effective at breaking down waterproof mascara without blurriness or stinging 🤗 .
The product comes in a tube (like mascara) and applied with a similar wand.
It's supposed to be brushed over dry eyelashes, left for a few seconds and then wiped away - sounds amazing 👀 .
I'll report back 😊 .
