Sunday Selfcare | 
If like me you had some time off over Christmas and started training again in January, take some time also to focus on your re-build and self-care days to make sure you stay strong and donโ€™t have any niggles or injuries.

Todayโ€™s focus was more on the shoulders which go through A LOT of work when youโ€™re doing your exercises, especially the pushing/pressing ones.

Without thinking the shoulder joint working with your shoulder blade (scapula) and arm work together to give you freedom to brush your teeth, open the ketchup bottle or do 100 push ups, but we need to make sure theyโ€™re working well together!
