Everybody has struggles, Be it struggling with gaining more muscles, losing some fats/weight or just struggling to change your lifestyle.
Everyone starts somewhere, even if you fall off the bandwagon, or you have to take a break due to personal reasons, or just to take a break period; u can always start again.
Even when you don’t succeed, try again. You don’t fail when u don’t succeed, you fail when you quit. Don’t make quitting an option 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Even tho I can’t train like I used to due to the crazy amount of injuries that I’m having, I try to do exercises that doesn’t hit my injuries much.
Knowing when to not push yourself, to rest, is very important especially when you’re looking to build muscle. When you’re tired, or you feel a weird pain, it’s a sign that your body is telling you to stop. It’s not the time to push through the pain. Some pain shouldn’t be ignored.
So if any of you feel pain, or have an injury, don’t push yourself too much. Don’t let the thought of wanting to train, to push yourself right now, hinder your growth in the future when your injury is beyond help.

Everyone is flawed. Everyone has something that they don’t love about themselves, that they remind themselves on a daily basis. I used to hate my stretch marks on my bum and tried countless oils, lotions creams etc to get rid of them.
But what I realize that I need to do, is to stop hating on them because it’s something that most people struggle with. So I’ve started to embrace them and now they don’t seem so obvious anymore, they don’t seem to bother me anymore.
Start loving yourself before expecting people to love you. ❤️❤️
These clients had a goal in 2017, to change their lifestyle and to achieve a better health. They came to me seeking help in educating them about how to eat and train properly. Even with their busy work schedule and hectic personal life, they managed to make it work.
It wasn’t easy, especially when one of them is deaf, the other ran their own business (had to go overseas pretty often.
BUT THEY MADE IT WORK!

2017 was a good year;
Got married to the man that supports me and loves me more than life itself, went on our first ever sisters trip, got sisters tattoo and got closer to my family.
Life has been rough and there were times in my adolescent life that I thought that I had enough of life and was on in a really bad place. But this year I learnt that things will always workout one way or another and that people who love you will bring you up and be the reason why you should never give up.
Looking forward to 2018 with my heart full and my mind set on my goals. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

CONGRATS NATIONAL CHAMP!!!!! From the start till the end worrying about whether you will look good on this very day, always asking if you look ok and worried that u got not enough time. BUT LOOK WHERE U ARE TODAY! So proud of u and all the efforts and crazy stairmaster u do every single day. I know u gave ur best day in and day out to achieve what u achieved.
